This is a great freezer!! Its the largest deep freezer before going to a commercial one. Tons of room and its quiet. It has 3 drawers! Its deep and there is a lot of space between the shelves I have 4 large turkeys on 1 shelf alone! You wont be disappointed if you buy it!!! I was delivered to my home and set up for me!!!     • Great until it stops working
After waiting to finally get delivery (no fault of the seller, units were hard to get) it was plugged in at starting off working great. Nice and big and was very happy with it. Then about 3-4 months later, the temperature was slowly rising inside and I had to throw out a bunch of items as it was no longer cooling, at all. Finally found a local repair company and they said there was a coolant leak and they had to order parts. 6 weeks later still waiting on parts and I am told there is ‘no estimate’ on when the parts will be available. So now I have a bunch on money tied up in an appliance that does not work, and probably will not work for the foreseeable future. It appears this GE Appliance product is completely worthless and has soured me to the whole brand. NO NOT BUY ... show more

I’m not sure what the warmth question is about, it’s a freezer so no warm at all. Only problem is the alarm keeps going off and we don’t know why. I tried to call service but just got bounced around. Otherwise no issues. It is a large unit but that’s what we wanted.

This is an awesome freezer with lots of space inside. It doesn't take up much space horizontally, but is about 7 feet tall...perfect for the garage. Purchased this online since all stores in our area were out of stock. The seller and delivery/logistics company delivered this freezer 5 days within the placement of the order!!!     • Very frosty for a frost free freezer
I have to defrost too often. The internal drawer fills completely with frost about every 2 months. I live in a very arid climate, and my old freezer rarely needed defrosting.
