I had no idea what I was missing by not having an air fryer. After all, I have a microwave, an oven, and an assortment of pots & pans and I live alone, so I don't do a lot of heavy duty cooking. It air fries, bakes, and dehydrates in less time than a regular oven and without the soggy results that a microwave sometimes offers. Your baked potato will taste baked, not boiled in its skin. Veggies can be cooked slightly crisp. Meats and fish will be perfect AND it will happen in less time than with your oven and without heating up the entire house. It's definitely a must have item for singles, couples, and those with teens, as well as those who want to conserve energy. Food does not stick to the surfaces, so it's very easy to keep clean. Price is very good compared with other models. It was a definite win-win purchase for me.

It does well for an off brand fryer. I have had it just over a year and the knob on top comes off. It broke about 5 months ago. It's plastic and not very strong but i can still insert it to turn and press down. It still works great. It's hard to clean around the door, but otherwise still use it almost daily.

My first air fryer, I will tell you a cooked chicken breast and record time for raw to done in eight minutes. Reheat items to its original great taste and crispness. Very powerful fan and motor. Four basket option makes it a great value and very flexible for cooking multiple items at once. Fries to perfection in it quick time. The digital controls are extremely easy to use and understand. The timer is preset to 30 minutes but easy to adjust back down. Very small countertop footprint.

Everyone kept telling me they love their air fryer, so I wanted one. I became obsessed with finding the perfect one for me so after a month I settled on this one. First thing I made was berry crisp, threw the stuff together in a couple single serve bake dishes, set it to 350 for 40 minutes and it was perfect. No preheating, no heating the entire apartment, just perfect crisp. There were several complaints from other buyers who said there were missing pieces or their units didn't work, or initially worked and then stopped working. Mine came very well packaged, no damage, all parts included, so I have no complaints there but I understand if maybe some sellers are less thorough or trustworthy in regards to the products they provide. Some complained that it was loud. This is the most quiet kitchen appliance I have ever purchased, it makes less noise than my microwave. Also, I'm not quite sure why people complain that the drip tray isn't large enough, it's literally the same dimensions as the bottom of the unit, so any spill-over should land on the tray unless you're filling this unit over capacity somehow, not sure how that is possible. I also want to mention that although heat did radiate from the unit immediately around it, it did not heat up my kitchen and it stayed warm to the touch but it wasn't hot so despite baking for 40 minutes I was able to open the oven door with my bare hands. . . Anyway, I'm very happy, so far. This is only day one so I will come back and update. ***Update*** Sept. 25. . . 2 months after purchase: I’m still in-love with this item. No electrical issues, whatsoever. Looks like others have had theirs just outright die after working perfectly the first few days or month. Thankfully, that is not the case with mine. Others also reported the door not shutting properly or at all. This, too, has not been an issue. I’ve basically used this item every other day since it arrived. The only thing I will say is that there is definitely room for improvement. But, I’m just not picky enough to care, I am content in my complacency. For those of you who do care about such details: The temp is set in increments of 10 degrees, 5 would be better. Also, if you decide to stop cooking sooner than the time you’ve set it for, the unit never turns off like it would if the timer completed and it’s “finished.” There is no “clear” or reset button or even an on/off button, so if it bothers you that the screen doesn’t power down and displays the minutes remaining until you decide to use it again then you’re forced to just unplug the unit and plug it back in. And when the timer is done the “BEEP” is very loud and it will beep 5 times, no matter what, it will not be silenced until it has completed its beeps. But there is actually an updated model of this item so these features might be improved (although I have no idea) but it might be worth checking that newer model out if these would be issues for you. **8 month update** The plastic on the handle has cracked, but it does not interfere with the functionality and I am still in love. ** 2.5 year update, Jan 2024** Still works with consistent use!
