We love pancakes and French toast and this griddle is so easy to use and clean up is a breeze. It’s a good size… I can fit six pieces of bread for French toast. It’s also great for grilled cheese or any grilled sandwiches. I’ve also made hash browns and eggs on it. I used to use a griddle on my stove but the heat was distributed evenly over two burners. I have thought about getting one for awhile, but didn't want to spend much, this was a great price. The best things about it is it is very lightweight, has enough space for 6 pancakes/sandwiches, and is immersible/dishwasher safe. I love not having to worry about it getting wet. Cleans up fast. My elderly mom can use it because its so light. Love the drip tray and channels on the side for butter/fat to slide out of too. I did notice that it heats more right over the heating element if you leave it in one spot, but turning and moving eggs, pancakes or whatever around it all cooks up pretty well. ... show more

This griddle is a real disappointment. I used it for the first time, following the instructions & heat temperatures to the letter. The first batch of pancakes were great. Second batch burned in a matter of minutes, charred black, even though no adjustments were made to the temperature. Clean up was a mess - the surface is now scarred and I'm fairly sure it will stick if I try to use it again. Wasted Money!!! ... show more

There are only a total of 2 anti skid pads on the bottom of the grill, located in the 2 rear corners. There are no anti skid pads on the front section. The company took the short cut and did not install them on ALL 4 corners. Because of that oversight, the grill is VERY easily bumped or moved with the very slightest touch. Even the material used for the ones that are on there are very smooth and has very little gripping ability. If they update the design, please put anti skid pads on all 4 corners, and used a different type of rubber, or whatever material that it is made from. If this griddle was ever used on a sailboat, you can very well expect to eat your pancakes off of the floor, because it definitely won’t stay on the table. Because of that inferior design flaw, I give the griddle a 3 star, instead of 5 star review. ... show more
