Great machine, seems solid, and I trust the Chefman name and own other Chefman products. My main criticism on this unit would be that it is just too long. It looks very nice, but also slightly awkward on the countertop as it is so long and sticks out so far from your other appliances. The very thick cord adds to this; the unit is 14" front to back and won't go right up to your wall because of the cord. This might be a dealbreaker, I'm still on the fence. The water reservoir could be on the side to remedy this, or made user-movable; this is a very common feature on similar brewers unless they're more compact or have a water reservoir that hugs the back more to make a more compact footprint. The interface controls are a little tightly spaced, spacing things out more would make the controls less awkward. It's easy to press the screen selection above or below the one you're aiming for at times. I like that this is just a single serve coffee maker, for those of us that would never brew a whole pot. It brews ground coffee or Kcups equally well. The design and look are very nice.

A strange item that no one seems to know about or have ever reviewed outside of Amazon. I cannot find any video of this machine on YouTube or anywhere else. And yet, it is, so far, working great. As a true single serve coffee machine. It is all plastic, but the design is very clean and modern. The only small issue is some water left around the filter area when using the larger 12 oz setting.

Does not work. Water doesn't get hot. Only lights that light up is 12oz and start stop brew. I'm very disappointed I wasted my money on this. Arrived broken and the box was open. I was stupid enough to have already thrown out the box before testing it.

The coffee maker is pretty good. the quality of the structure could fee a little more firm. My real frustration I can't find out what replacement filters to use.......I have looked on amazon, you tube tv and maybe its me but I can't find the replacement filter. If anyone can help me I will bring this coffee maker up to 5 stars. Thank you
