Picked up this grill on prime deal days, it was a pain to put together but it works great. I’ve had it for 3-4 months and once you learn how to control the heat it is exceptionally for the value. It has not rust but I do keep it covered and on the porch. We use it to cook for two people but it’s big enough that when friends come over I can grill enough for a group of 6-8. I bought this grill to replace a Cuisinart 6 burner. It arrived very quickly and more importantly no dings or dents. It's a very good looking grill and if I'm being honest - it is much better quality than I really expected. The only thing that would have made this grill better is that that the warming tray does not flip up like my previous grill but given the price, I'm still happy with the overall build and price point. Plan on some time - I took about 4 hours over two days total, and two people to put this together! The package weighs more than 60lbs. But the directions are clear. If followed, you will have a very nice barbecue!

Received shipped in great condition, well packaged. Assembly took me about 2 hours. The instructions are mainly pictorial, but very clear. Each assembly step shows exactly which fasteners are to be used and where. Best part is that all the fasteners are packaged in order of use and clearly labeled. Grill seems sturdy and well built. Fired right up and 15 minute burn off on high reached 600 degrees, so plenty hot. I've only grilled a few times but have had no issues - nice grill marks and good temp control. Would definitely recommend as a nice mid priced unit. ... show more

EDIT: Found the missing pieces. My toddler took them and ran away with the box with all the missing pieces. I've updated the review. The grill gets nice and hot and cooked really fast and works really well. I'm happily impressed. The side burner lights and the LEDs light up nice and bright in the darker areas. It's built great and almost all stainless! I do wish the grates were stainless but ohh well. Grates are ceramic coated and will hold up for a long time if taken care of. Risk of it rusting out are pretty low being that it's all stainless. It may be pricey but it'll hold up a lot longer then most of its cheap counter parts. I've loved this grill for the last few years now! Perfect smaller size and with large wheels it goes over most terrain easily! On colder days it doesn't heat up super well but that's to be expected. Do not buy this grill! It is garbage. It has cooked way too hot since the moment we got it. It literally cooks at 450-500 degrees on low. We have had to shut two of the burners off just to have it at a safe level, but then everything cooks uneven and takes forever. I do not know how this grill has so many positive reviews? Maybe we got a faulty one, but don't take the chance that you may too because neither Amazon or Char-Broil will help with it. Char-Broil says it is a new model and they don't have the replacement part we need, and Amazon says no return or replacement. Char-Broil saying that they do not have a replacement part? Really is this the only grill that you made of this model? I have had numerous gas grills in my life and never dealt with such garbage and poor poor customer service. We spent 430.00 and have something that we just have to find a way to dispose of now because it is junk and unsafe to use. Please chose a different grill and maybe a whole different company! ... show more
