abunda_amazon_reviews It takes about 2 hours and 2 beers to assemble this. Probably could have used another beer. Screws and hardware are packed and individually labeled to match instructions (very cool). All the parts were in one box that was heavy, but I walked several hundred feet with it. The grill burners are very good. The side burner will grill veggies, but not quite boil a quart of water. The parts that matter are labeled left and right with machine stamps. I used a screw driver (#2 Phillips) for the entire assembly. All the gas parts are assembled in the box, but you need to attach the kit to the burners by inserting three tubes at one time into larger tubes and screwing a screw. This was the hardest part for me. One note: the chain with the spring wire attached is a holder for a match, in case you need that. Confused me, but it is discussed in the safety section of the instructions.;;August 14, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;small grill, great price;;Amazon Customer;;;The Char-Broil Classic 360 3-Burner Grill is a really good buy! I purchased the grill with the side burner. Assembly is going to take you a while. There are a lot of screws and parts to put together. Assembly took me around 4 hours. However, it is well worth the trouble. This grill looks great. It has a very modern look. If you are single, a couple, or a small family, this is the grill to purchase. It has plenty of cooking space, and should be able to handle as much food to be grilled as you need. This grill heats up fast, and does a great job! I have owned several grills over the years, and the Char-Broil grill is as good or better than the other grills I have owned that cost a lot more. This is a solid basic grill without all the bells and whistles which most of us really don't need. If you are looking for a grill that works great, this grill should work perfectly for you. Note to people who want to use larger tanks: You could use a 30 or 40 pound tank with this grill but just need to set it nearby, preferably on a tank foot. It will fit.
