I have on this pressure washer for the better part of 4-5 months now and have used it as many times. Love the power of it and the one gallon soap dispenser option. Seems very well built and should last me a long while. Keep in mind, the manufacturer is in Canada and if you do have a problem or an issue, They are more than willing to help and make it right but you could be waiting on hold for upwards to 30 minutes ... show more

    • Champion power washer is well worth buying.
Found the washer was easy to assemble and easy to use. Very compact, great for storage while not in use. The frame does vibrate, so be careful and pay attention to the wheels and pads. They will wear down some if setting on concrete. Considering this problem, I am pleased with the power washer.

I purchased this pressure washer and so far I love it. I was kind of skeptical at first on the quality when I purchased it. But after receiving it, it is definitely a quality unit. Very powerful. I will definitely say the PSI rating seems accurate. The only thing I would change if I could was that I wish the wheels were in the back instead of the front of the unit. Champion Pressure Washer 100784 3200 PSI Did you ever get that feeling you should not have purchased something? That’s how I feel after purchasing this Champion pressure washer. This unit replaced an old DeWalt that gave many years of problem free service. First, my bad, I did not pay attention to the Amazon return policy for this item. You cannot return it to them! Out the box I had a broken component, Reversal Valve, see photo. Called Champion customer service and waited 50 mins for a rep to pickup. The lady was helpful and registered my machine and promised a 2 day deliver for the component. Great, not so fast as there was no follow through nor did I receive the promised tracking info. After a few days I again called customer service and spoke with a different rep. Found out my original call did not generate the required shipping action. I inquired about a refund and the answer was Champion does not give refunds. There was no offer of support from a Champion service center. Promised again to ship 2 day delivery. Did receive tracking a day later, a Friday so would be the following week before the part arrived. Received part but no instructions on how to replace it. Manual is not up to par so it was of no help. Was able to replace the part and prepped the machine for use after 8 days from original recipe of the unit from Amazon. Assembled the hose and wand, attached a water supply and fired it up. Walla, the provided hose blew an O ring immediately. Have never lost an o ring with the DeWalt all the years it was in service. I changed hoses and fired it up again, started immediately. I have an in-line pressure gauge and noticed I had a load PSI just shy of 2000 PSI and 2500 PSI at idle. The machine is rated for 3200 PSI. The manual has no mention of how to regulate the pressure setting. One last point of consideration-wheels. They are large which makes for easy movement but the rim is plastic and a little wobbles after attachment. There is no metal bushing through the plastic just a hole for the bolt to pass through. Cost cutting I suppose. I would not recommend this to a friend. ... show more

My old (different brand) power washer’s pump quit even though I was super careful about forcing the water out for the winter. When I tried to put the older one in my SUV it would tip and still gas. This Craftsman is wonderful! So easy to assemble and fits in the rear of my SUV standing up. Cleaned the headstones at the cemetery like a champ. Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

    • I like how the components are arranged on the power washer.
We have only used the power washer for a total of about 2 hours. It appears to be well made and very easy to operate. You need to follow the instructions. It works very well. It seems to be very fuel efficient so far. I believe it was a good purchase for us and would recommend to others.

Great pressure washer overall. Cleans very well and much better than the electric unit it replaced. I did have an issue with the first one I received where it came broken, but it was exchanged easily. I have used it to clean my cars and driveway and I am very happy. Starts on first pull every time. One tip is to be sure to make sure water is running and then hold the wand in one hand and pull the trigger while pull starting as it's much easier to start and the pump will not build too much pressure...do this every time you start it, hot or cold engine. I also use Sea Foam in the fuel to keep it stable when stored. ... show more
