Fixed my problem
My garage door stopped opening by my car remote, outside keypad and other remote button but would still open by the hardwired button on the garage wall. It works!
My motor started losing programming and for the past week we were not able to use HomeLink at all. It was a huge pain. Decided to give this replacement board a try, it was cheap and it was easy to replace. I didn't even read any instructions. It takes 3 screws to undo the panel, two connectors to pull out - white one is a bit of a pain, use knife or twizzers to under the lock, the black one just slides out, make sure to mark all the wires in the orange/white 1, white 2/gray terminals, that was all. All cars and fobs and my MyQ smart hub got programmed and started working right away with no glitches. It's as good now as it was 19 years ago when I installed it. I'm really glad I did this instead of buying a new motor for x10 the price.

Perfect replacement part
After reading reviews I realized that my garage door opener was having the same problems. Ordered unit by the part # on the original. Perfect fit, easy install, and works great. Also came three days earlier than expected. All around great experience.

BAM! Garage door works perfectly again!
Came home on a Sunday night after two weeks of vacation and garage door did not open. Uh oh. No previous warning anything was amiss with the garage door opener whatsoever. I checked the outlet and it had power. Tried plugging the opener in again but it was completely dead, no lights etc. So I knew it had nothing to do with misaligned sensors or a dead remote. Searched the internet, watched a video, removed both ends of the opener (3 screws each). Inspected capacitor for bulging or dripping goo and it looked good (yes, I know they can still look "good" and not be working, if you're concerned, order a new capacitor too, less than 20 bucks). I got on Amazon and ordered this Logic Board. Paid for the expedited shipping and they had it to me in 4 days with a holiday in between! Awesome. Replaced the Logic Board in mere minutes, plugged the garage door opener back in, held my breath and voila! The lights went on immediately. Pushed the wired door button and the garage door worked perfectly. Reprogrammed all remotes and my car's Homelink and BAM! All is good again! Total time on YouTube and Amazon, repairing and programming was 1.5-2hrs but again, the actual swap-out of this Logic Board is mere minutes. I suspect a power surge or possibly just age caused the old part to fail. Since all three of my LiftMasters were installed 12 years ago, this is the first repair of any sort so I decided the $100 with shipping was worth a try and I'm super glad it all worked-out. If you suspect the same part went out on your door opener, give this a try, it's certainly less expensive than a repairman!

Get the whole assembly not the board to prevent brain damage
Direct replacement the whole board assembly which is better than gambling on pieces straight forward install instructions. Plan before you attempt and take a photo of terminal wire placement before removal and it’s easy. Works as advertised for board failing symptoms:intermittent remote operations,flashing fault leds, weird happenings whenever interfacing with opener

It works like a charm.
Unfortunately it was too pricey but I was in need to get opener fixed quick so I paid more than triple for this thing. I could have bought just the logic board from eBay for about $50. Anyway I received the 41AB050-2M model instead of 41AB050-2 but they are almost identical and functioning exactly the same. Took me less than 15 minutes to replace the bad one and reprogram all the remote controls.

Exact replacement easy to install.
This is an exact match to my broken unit. It was simple to install. Remove two wires leading to door sensor and opener, remove three screws, unplug two harness plugs from original part, Plug harnesses onto new unit, attach the two wires and fasten with three screws. You also have to reprogram the remote and I needed a slight adjustment on the closure force. The instructions explain all of this.
