Good bench for the cost. I bought this bench as a replacement for another bench I purchased on Amazon that did not meet my expectations. This bench addressed most of the issues I had with the old one. Cons: 1) Not easily foldable for apartment storage without going through a few extra steps to remove leg extension attachments for storage. For easy storage, I used this bench with the quick-release pin and bolt when connecting the leg attachment. (Exercise extreme caution and always use the bench according to the manufacturer's manual. What may work for my use might not work for yours ) 2) The paint finish on the bench could have been better. The metal-to-metal and moving sections get scuffed easily. At the end of my assembly and adjustment, there were already scratches in certain areas. 3) Loading leg attachment heavy may cause the bench to tip over. To prevent this simply sit and the bench while loading ( takes extra effort but it is a trade-off for a cheap lightweight bench.) 4) The barcodes from the manual didn't work and only took me to a random user profile. 5) The assembly manual could have been a bit more direct with clearer pictures of what to do and less jargon that says for example ( "M10x70 screws go through to further fix with 1pcs fixed link screw" ) no need to mention screw size after initially listing it if there's only 1 size included. Pros 1) Easy to assemble using the video in the Amazon listing. 2) Budget-friendly 3) Very stable on my carpeted floor and does not present a safety hazard while using. 4) You can do a full-body workout using only 1 bench. 5) The size of The bench pads is wide enough to get the job done even though the leg attachment bar could've been a bit wider. 6)Great seller communication through Amazon messages. I had some shipping issues with my initial order and the seller was prompt and very helpful in resolving the matter. 7) Shipping time at the time of my recent purchase has drastically improved. Overall I would highly recommend this bench for anyone looking for a bench capable of doing full-body workouts including a leg extension and curl attachment that works for someone with an average height of 6,1". Other benches have leg attachments made for smaller/ shorter individuals primarily but this one does the job for taller persons. ... show more

I found this while I was searching for a workout bench. The material feels sturdy and it's a good value for the price. I added this to my workout bench for my thigh workout. It's the standard size so it fits perfectly. Enjoy this product overall.

    • Completely useless for leg workouts

This bench was a complete waste of time. First it’s very lightweight and flimsy. Second, you can’t even use it for any leg workouts, which was the only thing I bought it for. The leg curl doesn’t give a full range of motion. You can’t even reach 90 degrees before it hits the stopping point. The pads are so tiny and hard it feels like you’re getting an insanely intense foam rolling on your calves/ankles. Anything more than a 25 lb plate and the pain would be unbearable. The leg extension is impossible to do. Unless you are using nothing more than the tiny 5.5 lb plate that comes with the bench, you can’t complete an extension. I put a 25 lb plate on and as soon as you lift it, the plate digs into your shins. This wasn’t made for human bodies. I can’t believe something like this is even being sold. I’ve never disassembled and return something so fast before. This was terrible. ... show more

This is a top of the line weight plate. Soild steel Olympic workout 5lb plate. Fits Olympic style barbell or dumbells. This is the must have for any serious work out types. I would recommend this product.

Assembly is simple, parts fit with ease. The bench slightly folds inwards even with the pins anytime you move it just slightly. The leg extension does not fully extend, I’m going to have to alter & remove portions of the bar. The lack of space to do leg curls laying on your abdomen along the bench isn’t possible. The space between the seat and bars is for a tiny child, maybe. I still have the packaging, I have to read how complicated it will be & cost to return before altering it or throwing it away. I’m a 5’8” woman that weighs 125 lbs. for reference on buying/using this equipment. ... show more

It was real easy to put together. It looks nice. The leg extension doesn’t allow for full extension when doing leg curls and extensions. The plates rest directly on your shins when doing leg extensions. I only had 80lbs on the bench when I stood up and the whole bench catapulted forward. Super unstable. The preacher curl attachment feels good and fits me well. Update: BIG kudos to this company! They reached out immediately and offered multiple solutions to apologize for the situation.
