I've been wanting an echo show for awhile now and finally purchased it. The set up was super easy other then me taking forever to figure out the microphone was muted by looking at the instructions it came with . Once I got it figured out it was a breeze to connect to our WiFi. It's super easy to use and navigate . I purchased it in glacier white &it looks great in the kitchen . I have to admit I was impressed by the sound it doesn't sound like a tin can at all. I haven't experienced any lagging at all. Alexa answers me right away and does what I ask. I decided to buy the used like new option and it came well packaged without any cosmetic damage . It literally looks brand new and it was a great price .

works perfectly and looks brand new. The sound quality is noticeably improved with 2× the bass and much clearer audio compared to older models. The display is sharp, responsive, and great for videos, weather, recipes, and smart-home controls. Setup was quick and easy, and Alexa responds fast. I absolutely love this Echo Show 5! It’s the perfect size for my nightstand and gives me quick access to the things I use most — weather, calendar, news, and music — all with a simple voice command or tap on its 5.5″ screen. It’s great for video calls, checking security cameras, and streaming music or shows with noticeably richer sound and deeper bass than I expected from such a small device. Setup was super easy and it integrates seamlessly with the rest of my smart home — I can control lights and thermostats right from the display. The built-in camera makes video chats a breeze, and I love the privacy shutter so I can cover the lens when I want. If you want a smart display that’s both functional and versatile — great for everyday use around the house — this Echo Show 5 delivers. Highly recommend!

I have three of these. One in my bedroom, living room and kitchen. Each one serves a purpose. Weather date and time easily displayed. Easy to customize and setup. Alarmes, reminders or schedules are one of my favorite features. You can display photos as your screensaver. Sound is great you can music very loudly. Was easy to setup and connect. One of my other favorite features is that if you want to, you can play the same song on all devices at the same time!!! But be mindful of your neighbors when doing so lol.

It was like new. It is great. I want to marry Alexa she keeps saying no. I told her it was just for Jeff’s money she told me she is more like the family’s pet. Buy it, it is a nice product. I bought a new one told her she upset me so I threw her and cracked the screen. I moved the desk and she fell. The most important thing is that you have to work with her. She does smart plugs and outlets good. But you have to work with her. It took a little bit of time for her to understand an outlet from a switch. Tell her. I have a set up where I tell her most lights and she turns off all the lights but one. If you have a smart house and can think it she can do it. When you say she wake word give her a second to wake.

It glitches from time to time. I assume because it refurbished. I was easy to set up, the packaging was nice, and overall it looked fine. No issues connecting to the internet and it works well with my other Alexa devices.
