I love this hub. It works so great. I bought it to replace the Amazon ECHO Flex (small plug in) I had in my kitchen. I love that it's nice and loud for music, podcasts, audio books. I love that I can press the arrow to see song lyrics, I can ask it to show me YouTube videos, and it gives me the weather, air quality, time, or recipes/news when idle. I love my echo dots but this is great for the kitchen when using recipes or etc. I bought another one from Target for my room, but I like this white front and soft blue back look much better than the boring black ones from Target. To be fair, the Target price was very good. Similar or a couple dollars less than whatever I paid for this one. I bought them both right before Christmas 2023. ... show more

    • A serviciable devise but not refined

I already have an Echo Dot 4th gen and I wanted to purchase the Echo show since it was on offer on Black Friday and to have an upgrade from my Wake up clock/Radio. For that specific function works perfectly, the volume is good to wake up with being startled, the routines can provide useful information and the screen is very good. I have issues with the voice recognition, If I do not see it directly and project my voice to the screen is not being registered. I have it running over a month and the situation is not improving. I have contacted costumer service and the solutions are not working and the issue persist. Also some skills work better in the Echo dot than the Echo show. They load faster and in the Show they are stuck on a loop or not loading and in the Dot they start and play without a hitch. I really want this device to work as intended but right now it's barely making it's basic functions. ... show more
