I ordered this item in anticipation that these were small pills, easy to swallow. But alas they are not round pills but Caplets. I have a hard time swallowing large pills (Regular Centrum was just tossed, I would gag on them and have to wastefully spit them as they began to dissolve before I could swallow the horse pill.) I was hopeful that these were small round petite pills, not caplets. Very disappointed but since they are opened I am keeping them. Also the 300+ pills will expire by April 2024, that seemed much sooner than necessary. Not pleased. ... show more

For me, it is difficult to swallow the horse-pill-size tablets of typical multi-vitamins. Quite often, one would get caught just at the entrance to my throat, and I would end up coughing it up and then throwing it away. It is much better to take two of these mini's, one at a time.
