This fan has the easiest installation of any I've ever installed. I like the fact that the blades are attached to the motor before hanging to the ceiling bracket. The remote does everything its supposed to. Air movement is pretty good for a three blade fan. The light is bright and not dimmable, or at least I don't know how to do it. Printed instructions are incomplete... watch the installation video before beginning. Blades are moulded plastic and motor is very light. I have two for my garage, I hope they last. ... show more

This fan puts out great airflow. The remote works like a charm. The install is a BEAR. The instructions are not clear and they leave off steps. The canopy does not sit tight against the ceiling, as the motor box prevents it from doing so. Either the canopy needs to be larger, or more preferably, the box needs to be smaller. ... show more

Updated: Amazon sent me a replacement and everything works great! I guess the first one was just a dud. I have unhooked and rehooked everything 5 times and still nothing.
