    • Fan part went bad but seller resolved.
Fan worked fine when installed on May 17, 2025. Fan completely died today on Aug 15, 2025. Light won’t even come on either. I’ve never had a ceiling fan die in less than 3 months. Seller contacted me and sent a replacement part. I did have to take the fan down to replace the part but the fan is working again. I appreciated the seller resolving this issue and happy to have a working fan again. ... show more

Had my brother install and he said it was easy to install. Very sturdy. It has a few speeds on the fans and it has a great air flow. It’s a great size for any room. The remote is easy to use. It has a few lighting settings, which comes in handy from dim to bright. It has a nice sleek look. You can change the blades from black to a wood look. Definitely recommend. I bought this fan when our old one finally died. Honestly, I didn’t expect much for the $58 I paid. Man, was I underestimating this guy! First off, installing it took about 15 minutes. The color is beautiful The light itself is worth the whole fan. It’s incredible, dimmable, has night light feature and is fully operational through the remote. The fan speed - wow! My old one never could have dreamed of cooling off our room like this one does. It has 6/7 settings, I’m not sure because I’ve never put it past 4, you’d freeze yourself out, which is the whole reason you’re reading reviews on fans, right?     • Fan stopped working completely and no response from seller. (Updated)
Purchased this ceiling fan in June. Installation was a "breeze". It worked well for about 45 days. Then one day it just stopped working. Light wouldn't tun on - fan wouldn't spin. Tried the remote, the app, everything. Disconnected the fan and checked the house wiring in the ceiling with a multimeter (which I had to purchase specifically for this task). 120 volts coming in strong. So, apparently the fan's internal wiring failed completely - and conveniently, just outside Amazon's return window. I contacted the seller 3 weeks ago and never heard a peep from them. This is going in the landfill I guess, and I'll purchase another fan from a different manufacturer. Seller contacted me a week after I posted my negative review and offered a full refund. So, at least they did finally respond and do the right thing - but still, after reading other reviews of this model becoming dysfunctional after 2-3 months, I would be wary of purchasing again. ... show more
