Haven’t used it yet as my husband just opened the box to install, but the blades are made of cardboard, not wood! It did not indicate that in the description which said it was constructed of metal and wood. I’m urging my husband to pack it back into the box.

So between 3 people we managed to install it perfectly, the video did help way more than the written instructions and tbh the hardest part was removing the old ceiling light in order to put this in. But overall it was relatively easy & simple. It is VERY quiet and really powerful fan.

This fan surprised the heck outta me when I had to get a blanket to wrap up in! It’s only 87 degrees out but chilly inside! Plus I even raised my thermostat up and it’s chilling it all down. I just hope running this fan is cheaper than putting the thermostat down.
