Bought this fan for my living room to circulate the air. It certainly does produce a lot of wind. The light is pretty bright and the the remote control is handy but it’s hard to find the “sweet spot” sometimes to get the signal to the fan. The biggest issue I have is that the lights only seem to have 1 brightness when it advertised 3. The remote does not even have a button to change the brightness of the lights. Just on/off. Being this does not take a bulb and uses LED strips I am sure that replacing the lights once they go out will not be simple. Overall it’s a good fan is you aren’t looking for a dimmable light.

Okay, so I got this ceiling fan, and let me tell you, it's a breeze to install. Seriously, way easier than I expected. The instructions were clear enough even for someone like me who usually avoids DIY projects. The remote is super convenient; I can adjust the brightness and fan speed from my bed. Love that. The light is bright enough for the room, and I appreciate the different color temperature settings. It's nice to have options depending on the mood. The fan itself is pretty quiet, even on high speed, which is a big plus. No more annoying whirring sounds keeping me awake at night! Overall, it's a solid fan and I'm happy with it. Looks good, works well, and was pretty straightforward to set up. If you're looking for a new ceiling fan with a remote, I'd recommend checking it out.

I wasn't sure how this product was going to perform based on the very low price (for a ceiling fan). My home office gets pretty uncomfortable in the summer, so I grabbed this to replace a tabletop fan I have been using for years. I am very pleased with that decision! I did have to remove a recessed light can and install the proper box and brace in the attic, but that effort was quickly rewarded. What I liked: + Starting from the packing quality and the COLOR fully illustrated manual, I was set up for success from the start! + The electrical work was literally plug and play. Much easier than the last fan / remote combo I installed + Remote provides 6 fan speeds in either direction (Winter / Summer) + Remote provides timer shortcuts for 1, 2 or 4 hours run time (or infinite) + Can operate all functions from included remote, including the light temperature, and interesting "wind" mode which randomly speeds up and slows down the fan to simulate a breeze. + Wood grain side of the fan blades is a dark color, which perfectly matches my desk, which is what I chose. What I didn't like so much - The unit lets out a "beep" with every key press on the remote. Not great to have it beep when you turn on the light, for example - The remote is required for all fan functionality, and light color changes. There are no pull chains to operate this fan should the remote become faulty. - No light dimmer that I could find in the documentation or through experimentation This fan is ideal for a small (10'x10') room. It should be noted, however, that you should have a little understanding of the color coding system here in the U.S. for line voltage. This fan ultimately has a red and black wire to power everything from your electrical box in the ceiling. Black wires in the home are usually "hot" and white are neutral. On this install, the black wire (on the fan) is neutral and the red is "hot" (described as fire in the manual). Just take note of this when you do the install.

This fan was easy to install and has great air movement. The problem is that the light doesn’t turn on reliably. Sometimes you have to click the light on/off button upwards of 25 times before the light goes on. Very disappointing.
