This fan was installed in a low-ceiling bedroom in my Kerrville apartment. A standard fan with long blades would have been too close to my head. After about six weeks of daily use, it transformed that stuffy and still room into a comfortable space, even with the door closed and four cats roaming around. The compact, enclosed “fandelier” design was the main reason I chose this style, and it made a significant difference in tight spaces. The installation was in the “doable but not simple” category. The fixture is heavier than a basic light, so ensuring the ceiling box was properly supported was crucial. Once the bracket was secure, wiring followed the standard fan/light color coding, and the housing slid into place snugly against the ceiling. The instructions could have been clearer about where to tuck extra wire and the receiver, so expect some trial and error if your junction box is shallow. With everything mounted, the fan itself feels sturdy. The flush design hugs the ceiling, eliminating the sensation of spinning blades overhead, which is ideal above a bed. The outer ring diffuser looks clean and modern, and there are no exposed bulbs to glare at you when you lie down. Since the blades are hidden behind the grille, I don’t worry about cats jumping onto furniture and getting too close to moving parts. The airflow is better than I anticipated from a compact unit. At the lowest speeds, it gently moves air, which is perfect for overnight use when I don’t want a strong draft blowing directly on me. Higher speeds move enough air to clear out a warm room in a few minutes. The DC motor remains quiet at the lower settings; on the top two speeds, there’s a soft hum, but it’s nothing that competes with a white-noise machine or TV. This integrated LED light offers a wide color range, from warm to cool, and provides ample brightness to light a small to medium bedroom. I prefer the warmer setting in the evenings and switch to a cooler, brighter one when folding laundry or working on a project in the room. My only complaint is the inconsistent memory behavior of the light. Sometimes it remembers the last brightness and color temperature, while other times it returns slightly brighter than I left it. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s mildly annoying. The remote is functional but not particularly elegant. The layout is straightforward once you get used to it, with separate buttons for fan speed, direction, and light controls. However, the icons are small and not very intuitive at first glance, especially if you’re half-asleep at night. The range is reliable from across the room. I appreciate the dedicated reverse button, as I switch directions when using the fan mainly for air circulation in winter. Overall, this fan has met my needs perfectly. It maintains a comfortable room temperature without feeling bulky or unsafe. It handles cat hair better than open-blade designs and provides useful overhead light. I prioritize how something behaves after the novelty wears off over its appearance on installation day, and this fan has held up well in regular use. The uneven memory on the light settings and the slightly clunky remote prevent it from being perfect, but if you’re looking for a flush-mount fan with real airflow for a small room, this is a very solid option.

The fan works great. It is quiet and moves a decent amount of air. It does not move as much air as a typical sealing fan but if your buying this it is for the look, and there will be a little trade off in air movement. The motor does run in reverse for winter heating which is great. The light is bright and dimmable, it also has selectable color options which is a great feature so you can match it to the other lights in your room. The remote works fine. The only negative is the App. The manual takes you to a link that leads to a sketchy Chinese website to download the app. The app is unsigned and sets off ALL the “app may be dangerous” warnings my phone can display. One warning for the site being dangerous, another for the app being dangerous, a third trying to run the app because it was unsigned, and a fourth because of the permissions it wanted. DO NOT download sketchy device apps from product websites. If the developer can’t be bothered to put their app on a legitimate app store, its probably because there is something in it preventing it from passing the app store privacy guidelines. The app wanted access to my location and contact info so I uninstalled it immediately.

It’s a beautiful ceiling fan. The lights are only 20 inches wide. It has a low profile and is dimmable from 3000°K to 6500°K, allowing us to generate warm light or icy, bright light. It also comes with a six-speed, tranquil, reversible DC motor. Best for this fan's size, this would be an ideal fan for a bedroom or a child’s bedroom. The fan system has all the proper controls. It has both a remote control and, if it’s misplaced, can also be controlled via an app on your iPhone. It also has Bluetooth control so that Alexa can turn your fan on and off. Adjust the lights' brightness and set a timer for 1 to 3 hours. The fan has seven speeds and has a reversible DC motor. A reversible DC motor is important because it allows you to control the airflow in either direction. As many of you may know, in the summertime, it was very hot, with high temperatures, and cool air from your air-conditioning system tends to hover closer to the floor. Your thermostat is usually located on the wall midway between the floor and the ceiling. The fact that all the cold air your air-conditioning generates is hovering near the floor and not evenly distributed throughout the room creates extra work for your air-conditioning system. By spraying them evenly between the ceiling and floor and ensuring the temperature is evenly distributed, the thermostat will signal the cooling system to pump in less cool air. In the wintertime, the opposite takes place, as you know, because it rises, and it’s called the "stack effect," where the people are living on the lower level of the room, so you want the fan to blow the hot air. They are down toward the people and toward the thermostat, so the thermostat doesn’t keep overworking itself to heat the. The installation of this fan is easy, but it is also very easy to install incorrectly. Fans require special skills that I suggest you have professionally installed. As I keep telling people, with a fan in the summertime when it’s trying to pull the cold air up from the floor toward the ceiling, it’s almost like the propeller of an airplane, pulling itself out of the ceiling. And I worry about ceiling fans coming loose from the ceiling and falling, hurting someone, particularly if the ceiling fan is right over your head while you’re sleeping at night or where your child is sleeping at night. You certainly don’t want the ceiling fan to come down and hurt someone. I would recommend professional installation. There are types of junction boxes that could be obtained, but that are spread between two joists rather than just connected to one joist this may require opening the ceiling 16 inches cutting a strip in the ceiling and then plastering at door sheet rock and taping it and painting and other things that I know we wouldn’t want to get involved with that that’s why I recommend a professional installation of most fans the ceiling light I have no problem installing it as as a homeowner and as a consumer, but find someone more careful about.
