The media could not be loaded. This CATLINK litter box is a true life saver! A friend recommended it to me and she has had this similar litter box for 5 months and the experience has been amazing. I’ve been using for a week and here are some feedbacks: 1) The litter box is very easy on eyes and it definitely does a fabulous job with scooping. It comes with two different dividers/replacements that use to scoop the litter. It also has a max litter indicator line so I don’t have to worry if I’m filling it up too much. 2) The litter box is gravity sensitive, also has the protection mechanism. When cats jump in while the litter box is moving, it stops right away and the error light will start blinking. I also get a notification in the app stating activity detected (attached screenshot with the message). 3) The mobile app is well designed, concise and user friendly. I have automatic cat feeder and water fountain from other manufacturers but none of the UI/UX design is good as this CATLINK. 4) I really like the fact you can share the device with someone else. So I shared the access with my hubby so that he’ll be able to make manual cleaning as well. 5) Changing litter is so easy! I was worried that I will need to scoop the used litter out but the truth is, I can just open up the mobile app and hit empty and it’ll start turning and dump everything in the waste bin. Or I can do it through the glass panel too. I attached a video of the machine emptying used litters. Overall, so far the experience has been pretty good. Highly recommended!

This automatic liter box had made my life so much easier! I was skeptical at first about purchasing it, but it has been amazing. It is super reliable. My cats adjusted to using it relatively quickly. I left the previous liter box in the room for a week, and added some cat attract liter to the CATlLINK during that time. Once they used the CATLINK a few times it was clear that they preferred using the liter that had been cleaned. It gives me the weight of each of my cats each time they enter the globe, which has proved more valuable than I realized it would. I had one minor problem, which was addressed immediately by CATLINK, and they send me an extra roll of bag for my troubles. Overall very happy.

I have purchased this automatic cat feeder for a few weeks and I am very satisfied! It is very easy to set up and very reliable. I can easily adjust the feeding time and amount through the mobile app, and the timing function is very accurate, so I don’t have to worry about my cat going hungry. In addition, its design is very stylish and does not take up space, so it is suitable for placing anywhere in the house. My cat also likes it and can’t wait to run over every time he hears the sound of feeding. In short, I highly recommend this automatic cat feeder to all cat owners who need it!

The media could not be loaded. It came with a good packaging. The size is larger than what I expected but the appearance is cute. It's pretty easy to set up, but still took me 10 minutes to pair to the phone. I do like the app since it can create a profile for each of my cat and their activities will be detected. The best part is when my cat trying to enter the machine when it’s running, it will stop immediately and won’t running again until they leave. This really dispel my concerns about the safety.

My cat was initially a bit scared of getting into the litter box, so it took some time for him to transition. Despite the size being larger than I expected, it has solved many problems and keeps my house smelling much better than when I had to clean the litter box myself. Although it’s a bit cramped for my long cat to turn around inside, the overall experience has been great. The app is very helpful, letting me know when my cat is using the box and whether it’s for pooping or peeing. Overall, I love it!

Extremely frustrating. Likely won’t purchase again. For how much it costs, it is constantly sending me a weight sensing protection message when there’s no cat in it. So it stops running & doesn’t allow the cats the get in again. Would be convenient if it worked.
