    • Underestimated the size of my cat
This is a great door. Similar to one we already have that we no long use. I like that it was easy to install but also easier to lock and did not have a cover. Super easy! I just grossly misjudged how large my cat is and only one can use the door.

    • Sucks
The locks slide too easily and the cats end up locking or unlocking it on their own. One cat struggles to push it when it gets stuck on the bottom. She paws it till one of the stronger cats pushes it open for her.

My sweet Nebelung cat has separation anxiety or something. She can’t stand for me to be behind a closed door and her not able to get to me. So at night when I was sleeping with the door closed, she dug and clawed big holes into my carpet at my door. You can see some of the damage she done to the carpet in the picture. Anyhow, this door works great and she can come and go all night long. It also has locks where you can lock it entirely from opening or just lock it from opening in one direction or the other. When ordering the Moaobooh Cat Door, but sure to pay attention to the measurements. This cat door looks thicker in the ad, but it's less than 1" thick so won't work for a lot of applications, such as hollow core doors. I'm using this door through a window area, though, so it works for me. I simply installed this in an open window and boarded up around the door. This way my cats have access to their room and the outdoors to their catio. I do like that the door is solid, and it keeps the bugs out. I also like that the door can lock, so I can keep the cats inside during bad weather. Overall, this works well for my application, keeps the bugs out, has a sturdy door, and it's lockable.
