The door flap gets stuck in the open position. Before installation I would lubricate and work the hinge back and forth to keep the flap working properly. For $17 I can't be upset and outside of this issue it gets a thumbs up.

Our old door had finally given out after much use. This door was exactly as described and fit perfectly in the existing hole. the lock works and all is well in my cat's kingdom.

Product was not as described and pictured. I was expecting two half that would fit on either side of a door bur only received one half and what appear to be an insert to snap into, possibly, other half. Item will be promptly returned.

great idea for doors. minimizes insects. the tabs allow 4-way access options. Ad pixs are deceptive on thickness showing a thick sleeve to match the door’s thickness. But it’s only 1/4inch thick, as per the ad text which is correct. I need to cover the exposed door cuts with white duct tape. Comes with Good instructions. Ad pixs of inner measurements are off saying 6.1x6.18in (but actually 5.7x5.5inch). So 4-stars cuz of deceptive thickness and wrong measurements. ... show more
