This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you. The heated seat is excellent especially during the winter months. Installation was a breeze. The endless hot water capability is a very nice feature. The toilet seat so far seems to be holding up well and appears to be made to a high quality. The plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. I don’t usually leave reviews and I will follow up on this one in a few months.. I just installed the Bio Bidet 2000 and messed around with all of its functions to make sure everything worked. Installation was super easy — I’m definitely a DIY person, but it only took about 30 minutes and I think anyone could do it. Everything you need is in the box, I only needed a wrench to remove my old bidet that did not have warm water. The instructions are super clear. I didn’t need to call a plumber or buy any extra parts. The heated seat is amazing, and I like that you can change the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water. The water pressure and temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the warm air dryer actually works really well. The remote control has a lot of buttons so I think it is a little confusing initially, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The nightlight is nice, but I prefer not to have one so the ability to turn it off is wonderful and I’m happy that it’s there. It feels really solid and well-made, and I love the soft close lid. It is a bit noisier than my old bidet, but it also has a lot more functions instead of just shooting out cold water so that does make sense and the little noises may lesson with time as the functions get used more. If you’re on the fence, just do it, you can always return it if you hate it, but you probably won’t. ... show more

Easy to install, looks great in the bathroom, easy up and slow close lid, easy to clean, first time bidet owner but I bought two and I love them both. Don’t sit on the top lid because it’s not thick or sturdy enough but the rim is very sturdy and high-qualityand all functions wonderfully. I should’ve bought a bidet sooner. This bidet toilet seat was so easy to install and seems to work fine, although I didn't want to hire an electrician to install an outlet, so I just ran an extension cord, which doesn't look great, but I didn't want to spent more money on this bidet toilet seat. I like the blue night light and where it is located on the seat, but wish it had a sensor to make it go off in daylight (save electricity, right?). I just turn it off manually every morning. The heated seat is nice when it is cold, but I live in SoCal, so that rarely happens. The warm water feature is really nice, volume and force is good, but I still feel I need to use toilet paper when finished. Love the slow close lid and odor eliminator features, they work great! Overall, nice product, but pricey with all the features. In summary, I don't think this is a must have. Moist wipes work just as well and are much cheaper. As I get older, I may come to appreciate this bidet toilet seat more. Lastly, I was able to sit on my old toilet seat lid when closed, but this one I can’t, so definitely miss that feature! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my new favorite house item. It does exactly what it is designed to do and does it well. I've used all the functions except the vortex. I don't need the heated seat but the heated water is an absolute must :) Once you do a quick read over the functions of the remote it is very easy to use. Installation is super simple. It has a 3m sticker on the back so you can stick it to the wall or the holder can be screwed into the wall. Make sure to know where you want it. I used so old stickies that aren't strong to hold it in place for a couple days. So that's an easy where does it go. Most bathrooms have an obvious place lol. The unit is easy to keep clean. Make sure to read the directions as you aren't supposed to use certain cleaning agents on it. I must emphasize that this unit cleans you properly. If you've had one before and you know what you want, definitely look closer into this one. It might be a hundred dollars less expensive but what you get for value this comes on top. If I were to have one thing available, it'd be to have constant warm water. But hey, that was in the more expensive unit and the extra money wasn't worth it. My situation is that I have an old bathroom that does not have a plug next to the toilet. I posted what I did below and consulted a plumber. **Once I installed the seat I measured how long of a cord I needed. I made sure to order UL Certified, 13A 125V, Heavy Duty 14AWG plug that was flat so it laid against the wall and not stick out and it rotated. It was also a GFI plug. Check with a plumber if you aren't familiar. What i say is JUST what I did and DO NOT suggest my method unless consulting a plumber or electrician. ... show more
