Great skillets. My husband is a former chef and , fortunately for me, loves to cook. Not so fortunate is the fact that he tends to forget he's got food cooking on the stove at times , and ends up burning a lot of dinners so his favorite skillet has seen better days. I feel better eating his steaks knowing they've been cooked in the nice new, seasoned rust free skillets. The little ones are so cute. Lol. Only a woman would use the term "cute" for an iron skillet. But we love these and love that food doesn't stick to them. I make sure these don't get put in the dishwasher and that they don't get scrubbed hard with detergent. To keep them seasoned longer, best to just rinse them out with hot water and wipe them dry. The less scrubbing and less dish detergents used on them, the longer they will stay new, seasoned and "burn free. What an amazing deal. I received this item for free from Vine. I was really surprised by the weight and quality of these pans after seeing the price - these are a really good deal. As of writing this review the pans’ averaged about eight. The pan itself seems to be solid body - the handle doesn’t appear to be welded on. I like that they’re pre-seasoned so I don’t have to deal with it. They seem to hold heat very well so far and I haven’t had any issues with anything sticking. My only complaint is that the pans didn’t come with some type of handle guard since they get very hot while cooking (the handles are bare metal). These are easy to clean - just be sure to lookup cast iron care if you don’t know how to so you don’t do something stupid like putting them in a dishwasher. ... show more
