The media could not be loaded. I used this on small spots on my carpet and carpets on my car. It works as it should. Im glad it has 2 kinds of brush. It gets the job done. I had a coffee spill on the carpet and it was able clean it very well. I used a bisell carpet cleaner solution mixed on the water tank. Most may say this does not have a lot of disposal tank capacity but this is only used as a spot cleaner. Its not suppose to clean an entire carpet so its a big 5 stars for me. Its also light even if water reservoir is full. It has a very long power cord which makes it very convenient to actually carry around.
