WOW! Run, don't walk, to buy this NOW! This is honestly one of the best things I've gotten off of Amazon in quite some time. Very easy to set up and use. Has STRONG suction power (you can actually see the dirty water being sucked up through the hose), and, in terms of noise, is about as loud as your standard vacuum. The included instructions didn't make a ton of sense (may have been translated from another language), but using it is pretty self-explanatory. I have had some stubborn pet spots on my carpets for YEARS and have tried all different types of store bought "stain removers" on them but the spots still remained. I kid you not, one minute of using this machine on it and the spots are GONE! GONE!! See my included photos which shows the before and after shots! Truly AMAZING! I was a little iffy about ordering this because sometimes the off brands just don’t work well but this is amazing! It’s light weight and has great power and suction. It’s easy to maneuver and get the small spots. It’s great for furniture or small areas of carpet. It dries really quick and I’m guess because of the suction power. It does come with attachments and a cleaner, but i don’t really see anywhere to reorder that specific cleaner, so i guess you can use any regular carpet cleaner? It doesn’t say in the manual or anywhere in the ad. That would be the only downside. But then again you could use an all natural type cleaner and it would be safe. ... show more

Easy to follow directions made it easy to set up and use. Because it doesn't use a lot of water, it's not hard to move around. The suction was so strong it took no time at all to dry. The media could not be loaded. This handy little machine is compact and easy to use, but it does have some limitations. Let's talk about the good and not-so-good aspects of this product. This small carpet spot cleaner is super lightweight and easy to maneuver. Its size is perfect for those hard-to-reach spots. However, it does have some drawbacks, such as small reservoirs and no heated water option, which might be a turn-off for some users. Unfortunately, despite its compact size and versatility, this machine didn't quite cut it in our testing phase. It left areas wetter than they should be, which means it’s leaving dirty water behind. While this small carpet spot cleaner has its charm and convenience factors, there are other brands out there that offer more features and better performance at a similar price point. Used it to clean a few spots so far on both carpet and upholstery. Easy to use, very straight forward. No louder or quieter than any other spot cleaner. Fairly lightweight and easy to carry. Cord is a good length. A good value for the cost.
