Fantastic and reliable on my nuwave induction cooktop. Heat quickly and responsively to temperature changes. Bonus #1- I live in a cottage with open shelving and these take up little room. Bonus #2- removable handles so they store left overs in the fridge. Bonus #3- use them to bake cakes and pies in the oven. Bonus #4- remove the nobs on the lids allowed you to stack flat 2 hot or cold dishes to take food to a potluck or a meal sick friend. Bonus#5- the utensils are much nicer than expected! I bought this set back in the summer. They stayed in the box until Thanksgiving, but if I had known how great they cook I would have started using Immediately. They look very nice, cook very well, and clean-up just as advertised. If you're looking for a decent set of pots and pans that won't break the bank, I believe these are it.
