Nicely made pan, wooden handle so no heat transfer to your hand. Perfectly sized for english muffins. It's nonstick but takes certain technique, unlike teflon pans, but those flake off toxic chemicals. You will need to find a mini griddle spatula also, the cups too small for normal spatulas. First I put a little water into the cups and heat the pan up till the water boils off, always work with hot pan when cooking if you don't want things to stick, its called the leidenfrost effect. I still like to use tiny drop of oil or butter and spread it around with a silicone brush. Crack in your eggs, you should hear it sizzle a bit, immediately turn the heat low and let it cook slowly till you see the egg white turn solid. If it hasn't separated on its own, use a fork or butterknife to run along the edges to free the edges for flipping. I use a fork and mini spatula to flip them over. continue cooking to your desired doneness. I love a nice runny egg. If you're only making one or two eggs, i pour water into the empty cups, heating empty pan for long time may damage it. Cleanup is easy, can just wipe with paper towel. The screw for the wooden handle may need periodic tightening.

This pan has so many uses! From perfectly round sunny-side-ups to pancakes, hash browns, and even crumpets. Love love love that it’s stoneware, very high quality. Very easy too clean, too, and very durable. Non-stick - like a charm! Nice color, even heating. Worth every penny. Where has this pan been all my life?

Love it. Fried eggs cook perfectly if you like sunny side up. Hard to flip eggs, though, as there isn’t a utensil small enough to get in between egg and pan. Very easy to use and requires very little oil, if any. Eggs cook evenly. Pan is good quality and very easy to clean.

I have wanted one of these for a while. I was skeptical about it because I had seen other brands stick and not do as it was supposed to. I watched a lady on YouTube that had just bought one a week or so ago, using this brand. She posted the link to what she got and it led me to this brand. I bought it and will probably buy another one. I got it in the mail yesterday and this morning I made the home version of the mc griddle. I have to say it is much better than what you can get at the fast food chain. It heated evenly. This is a heavy pan for the size which I feel is good quality. The pan is deep enough so you don't have to worry about over filling each cup. It was very easy to use and the price is fair. I loved the fact that my food didn't stick to the pan. I will be playing around trying to come up with other foods I can make in this skillet. Thanks for a great product! I love it!!

I use this ALL the time, I love it. It's so handy for making breakfast sandwiches. It's easy to clean in that the surface is truly nonstick. But it can be a little awkward to wipe each cup vs a large pan. Besides that though I do love the durability, colors of the handle and pan, and how it makes the perfect little egg cakes

I initially ordered a cheaper priced egg pan, because they looked the same. Not So. the cheaper one had a handle that would not stay in place without twisting. With this egg pan, the handle is designed not to twist. A few dollars more and a better design made the difference. Very happy with the quality, and eggs come out great.
