As other reviews say, if you like your fried eggs over, this is not the pan for you. It's impossible to flip the eggs. If you like cute perfectly round sunny side up eggs with crispy brown edges, this is your pan. I added a little oil to the wells and cooked the eggs on medium heat covered with a glass saucepan lid. They turned out perfect and were easy to get out of the pan, see the photo. I have a small space so this small pan suits me well. I wish it came in a two-egg size.

Great idea! Especially if you want to cook an “egg-wich” breakfast for two (think McD)! After I got the pan though, I decided I preferred the 4-egg version as I don’t need to warm/fry a meat as often with this item.
