So far I’ve used it a Cpl times. I like it, cleaning was easy, it’s heavy, but with it, no chipping, no rust, I fried my hamburger (ground), then made rest of the soup. Very versatile. My first Dutch oven. It’s beautiful, I like this product I have the pan set as well. Very happy with this companies product. Like with all items, just be careful any item or pans can chip or scratch.

This pot is wonderful. It’s heavy and sturdy, and looks exactly as pictured. The off white color is beautiful and the finish is solid. I’ve cooked several dishes using this pot and have not noticed any chips. I looked at several comparable Dutch oven pots and this one came up the winner for me. I’m glad I made this purchase as this pot seems like it will last a long time.

Great heavy pot. Very pretty...almost too pretty to use and get dirty. Lid fits well. Not enameled around the top rim or rim of lid so they have to be oiled to prevent rust. I don't think that should be a problem though. I think it will work very well for my cooking either on the stove or in the oven.

I’m so happy with this CAROTE Dutch Oven! The blue color is absolutely stunning—it looks great sitting on my stovetop. It’s heavy-duty and feels well-made, comparable to much more expensive brands. I’ve used it several times already for soups, stews, and especially sourdough bread, and it heats evenly and holds temperature perfectly. The enamel coating cleans up easily, and I love the dual handles—they make it easy to move even when it’s full. If you enjoy baking or slow-cooking meals, this Dutch oven is a fantastic choice. Great quality, beautiful design, and excellent value for the price. Highly recommend!

This is a great dupe Dutch oven for a more expensive brand. It's a beautiful duplicate. I've used it for making spaghetti sauce (gravy), pot roast, soup, and many other recipes and have had wonderful outcomes from all of them. I had the name brand Dutch oven several years ago but it was ruined when my son made sour dough bread in it at 500 degrees in the oven. It never recovered. I haven't had any such issues with this oven but I won't let him use it for that again, even though it says it can be used at those high temps. It isa great Dutch oven at a great price.

This is the first Dutch oven I have ever owned, and I am really impressed. I mainly wanted to use it for making sourdough bread, and it helped my bread come out great. There was some browning on the inside from baking at a high temperature, but it was not hard to remove with a little extra scrubbing. It cleaned up well, and the pot still looked new afterward. I have also used it to make soup, string beans, and several other dishes. I love how well the lid covers the food, and it is easy to clean. The pot is very heavy, but I am able to handle it without any issues. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to use it to make a lot more bread.
