So far I am loving them! The different sizes are very useful, I love how they look and how easy they are to organize. The detachable handle is such a plus for organization and cleaning purposes. Wow, really impressive cookware set, especially for the price paid. The nonstick coating is on the inside and outside surfaces, with the only exception being outside on the machined bottom. Very pretty also. I got the white color option, but it also comes in black, and some other sets by this maker are available in other colors. First use, I boiled some fruit juice for making my own Jello using unflavored gelitan. (The key to making your own 'natural' jello is to boil the juice and add the gelatin powder as the juice is boiling.) OK, now for an engineer's evaluation of heat dispersion in the pots and pans -- I was very surprised to see a very uniform transfer from the stove's flame spread uniformly through the pots surface, including the walls. These pots and pans are thicker than the normal one-layer tin pan, but still fairly lightweight, and I expected to see hot spots on them, but all I saw was tiny bubbles uniformly around the pots interior. Turning the pot upside down revealed a machined bottom that apparently controls the heat spread. Another feature I especially liked are the removable handles that allow one to store their cookings in the pot or pan without the handle taking up as much room in the refrigerator as the pan. Last, but least are the silicon tops for keeping the flavors in, and extraneous flavors out, during such storage. Only one 'con' (more like a caution) that I can see is the need to use "soft" silicon utensils (also available from Amazon), and don't use metal utensils (which tend to damage the nonstick coating.)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this set out after much research. My girlfriend then bought them for me as a Christmas present. The only downside was she made me wait until Christmas to get them. Hahaha. Anyway, the features I was looking for was ease in cleaning without a coating that could come off into the food over time. What I love about them after 7 months of extensive use is that they look like I’ve never used them when I cook in them nearly daily. They take literally no room in my cabinet; all stacking nicely together. They go from the oven to the table to storage. I love the detachable handles and the lids that store easily. I’ve kept a regular skillet and stock pot for pasta but have given all the other old pots to the Goodwill. I will never have to replace them and cooking is so much easier as well as clean up is nothing after a few minutes soak in hot soapy water. Extremely pleased.

Really wanted to like this cookware, but after just a few days I'm already regretting my choice. Didn't realize until I used them that you have to remove the handles or the lids are basically unusable. This is a HUGE pain! Then the pans don't stay put while stirring. What the actual expletive! This does NOT work for me. On the bright side, they are lightweight, which I need for my carpal tunnel. They look nice and are very easy to clean. Haven't had them long enough to see if the plastic lids stay on. Update: The plastic lids do not stay on, they just sit on top. Good for serving, but not for storing. Even so, I have raised my rating from 3 stars to 4 due to the companys' AMAZING customer service. They immediately reached out to resolve the issue. Was very pleased.

I can’t rave enough about how wonderful this Carote set is! Every piece is truly non-stick, cooking and cleaning have never been this easy. The material feels high quality and durable, and I love how easily everything washes up without scrubbing. The handles are a smart design feature, they click securely into place so you know they’re attached, and I love that they’re removable for compact storage and versatility. Even the utensils that come with the set are surprisingly great quality! This has been one of my favorite kitchen purchases. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed cookware set!

love love these pots and pans. store very nicely inside one another. takes up much less space in my cupboards. Washes up very easily, nothing has stuck to them since I bought them months ago. Just have to remember not to use metal kitchen utensils on them.

Love the compact storage these pots offer. Be careful with the handles, we dropped one, once, and the side cracked, it is still usable and holds the pan, but it’s not as secure (totally our fault for dropping the handle but just wanted you to be aware). The light colored pans stain very easily, the bottom of the pan that touches the stove, and the inside of the bottom of the pan. They are nonstick which we love, they aren’t overly heavy so it’s easy to move around the stove when needed. They do scratch easier than I would like, I would be very vigilant with only using silicone tools and making sure everyone else who may be cooking/helping are aware. Functionality great, but get a dark color.
