This by far one of my best Amazon purchases! I believe I originally saw a TikTok video of cookware with removable handles and I was instantly intrigued and began searching. I found the Carote set and it had a decent number of reviews and it was on sale so I figured why not… best purchase ever! The fact that I can remove the handle and take the pan directly from stove to oven is fantastic. The pans clean incredibly easy and they save so much space to store. I do hope in the future there is a larger sauce pan to go with the set. The top for storing in the fridge does bend a little and doesn’t give a tight seal but it’s great in a pinch if you don’t have much clean up time. It's light.... cooked mac cheese and didn't stir the noodles and it didn't stick at all. The lid doesn't leak on my electric induction stove. There's so much to love about this product. I'm so happy with it. Truly. It's much lighter than my old set which smelled of plastic when I used em. I'm happy this one is less toxic but noticed they said safer. But my induction stove doesn't go above 275F so but still smelled plastic when using older ones. It's worth it. I got the 21 piece. Gonna use it daily. love the detachable handles. ... show more

Full disclosure: my husband is the one who does most of the cooking in our family. He is also pretty tough on cookware. I found these, read the reviews and decided to try. We both really love them! I was most worried about the handle…whether or not it truly had a tight grip, would it wear down easily and not work as well, was it difficult to attach and switch out, etc. It absolutely has a tight grip, is super easy to attach, and has not worn down in any way. It is as functional 3 months after purchase as it was the day we took it out of the box. I was so excited about these that I showed my parents, who have now bought a set. And now both my daughters are getting some for Christmas this year! ... show more

Love the white set! The removable handles are great since it makes storing the pots and pans so much easier, saves so much room! Also can store them in the fridge since it comes with lids for that. Be careful with the handles though! Do not cook with the handles attached. One of mine got burnt while cooking on the stove. I reached out to CAROTE and they thankfully replaced the handle. I am a new detachable handle pot and pan owner so this information is very important and I think needs to be more highlighted when people are buying this set. I had be looking at these for the past month or so and finally decided to just buy them!! I'm so glad I did! They got here quickly and I sat and read all directions and how to care for them! I was nervous because of their color, but following the hearing directions they're still cream white. The non stick factor is no joke. Best pan, hands down to cook eggs in!! I am in love with these pots and pans. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. The removable handles are great and the fact that they're oven safe A+. I just need to get use to washing them in cold water and not turning the heat up to high on the stove other then that definitely worth the money.
