This is a heavy nice pan.The directions are very thorough on how to treat pan to keep coating. Just heat up pan slowly & don't plunge into cold water while hot. Rub down with oil when clean. Very simple like with any good cast iron pans. Color is bright and cheery. I think it was a fantastic buy when I purchased at 47% off.

Great pan! You get nice grill marks on your chicken or steaks. It cleans very easily if you just soak it with some soapy water. I oil mine a little bit after cooking. It’s an excellent deal for the money. I believe it will last for years.

The media could not be loaded. This is a gorgeous kitchen appliance! I absolutely love it! I’ve made burgers on it and some chicken thighs …delicious! I am still learning to monitor the heat on it. It just takes time that’s all, but my experience has been a good one so far.!
