I haven’t cooked with them much yet but so far I like them. This non stick ceramic coating is new to me. But I am tired of finding Teflon coming off too quickly. Heated a can of baked beans. After I had emptied it and let it cool, it washed clean with a hot, soapy sponge. The handle and lid knob are heat resistant and look like wood. I bought the light closed set for a nice change and I am glad I did.

I am so happy we bought this pan set! They look and feel very high end. The pans are so stylish, you don't have to worry about tucking them away in a cabinet or drawer. Leave them out on your stove for a functional and stylish look to your kitchen. Stain Resistance: Do these off white pans stain? NO! I was so surprised! I tested it out by cooking a tomato sauce dish within the first few days of owning them. There noticed absolutely no discoloration after washing the pan following a long tomato sauce simmering session. Easy to Clean: Super easy to clean - no need to hand wash the pan or the lid, just pop them in the dishwasher. Heat Distribution: Evenly distributes heat for even cooking.

I have always been deeply suspicious of non-stick cookware. Somehow I think or feel like those chemicals used to coat the insides of pots and pans can't be doing my food - or me - any good. But these guys are made differently. They're not coated with anything; they're made out of granite and glue. And they are totally non-stick. They look great. The handles on the pans and the lids remain cool no matter how hot the flame. They are dishwasher-safe. And what could be bad? Well, they are not pure white. They have a slight overtone that kind of dulls an appliance-white finish. So if you want snow-white, better look elsewhere. But if all the great utility of these appeals to you, go for it.

These saucepans and eggmaker were on an extremely good deal so I snatched them up because we wanted to try ceramic cookware and these did not disappoint. I believe if you follow the instructions faithfully These will end up being the best deal of the year.

Love the beige color even though it says the color is white. Medium weight, easy-to-use and easy to clean. I would not recommend putting these pots in the oven because the documents don't state they are oven safe.
