I don’t recommend this products. First we had an issue with the tire install and the manual they give is crap but we reached out and advise the tire came off and some screws were lost. They said they would send them and it’s been 2 weeks, we haven’t received them yet. Then the tire went completely flat. Reported this and they said 10 days to get a new tire and recommended buying the tools to take the tire off cause they don’t have it to provide. After not getting the replacement bolts and screws and not getting the tools to fix the tire, I’m done with this company all together. Mind you all this happened and the customer service takes a day to response which cause us to miss the return window cause we were waiting on communication to be provided for resolution. Definitely feels like a set up and trap to get your money and send you whack instructions and poor quality parts. ... show more

This is a scooter, more than an ebike per se. It doesn't have any suspension, just the fat tires themselves which do an okay job around my small town. It has brake lights which is great for safety and it's limited to about 20mph also for safety. I plan on letting my kids ride it so I don't want it going faster than that. Even so, I'm 200-ish pounds and about 5' 10" tall and it's a really fun and exciting ride. It's not foldable. It is of very reasonable quality for the price. I have taken it to the corner grocery and fit several shopping bags with real items in the belly pod with ease. I've gotten really satisfactory battery life out of the D1 despite it being the lowest of the line. It's plenty to ride all the way across town and back at least twice in my little area. Or up to the store and back dozens of times without charging. I'm thinking it will be a great addition to the beach vacations and weekend trips up to Lake Michigan, or events and such. Anywhere you can ride a class 2 ebike. I'd buy another one for sure. Edit: I've waited another several days to submit my review. I've used the D1 to ride across town and back several times, and it's my daily grocery getter in terms of running down to grab this and that. I fit comfortably (3) entire six-packs of 16oz diet dr pepper today for example. It fits 3 or so normal grocery bags or various packages can fit. ... show more

This bike is sweet! There’s a trail by my place with a paved walkway that goes each direction for miles and i was able to get 17 miles going 20mph the whole time all on one charge! Ride time was over an hour and i genuinely have so much fun on this thing would definitely recommend it, things bad ass and will leave smile on your face! ... show more
