I have had this for a little over a month and I love it. I live four blocks (big ones) from my work and I not only do the "to and from work", but also go home for lunch. It takes about 3 minutes each way. The life of a charge is 15-40 miles according to the book, but I wouldn't know, cause I haven't run out of a charge yet, and I have been all over our little town of Okmulgee, OK. It charges up quickly. I couldn't figure out why the damn thing was beeping....finally realized it had "cruise-control" and it was telling me, "take your finger off the accelerator, dummy"! It states not to take it out in the rain and I have adhered to that. That's the only bummer....you can't go out in the rain. I don't know how long this is going to last, but if it makes it a year I will think the value for your money is awesome. It was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. If you are on a smooth road or sidewalk it is very smooth. Do the math....how much would I be spending on gas, insurance, repairs if I was driving a car? Also, this is great for the environment....NO FOSSIL FUELS. ... show more

Came on time, does everything promised. My only con is that the breaks are so sharp that when you try to stop you might get thrown off. Also you feel all the tiny stones or bumps ypu ride over. Other than that its a pretty good scooter, has good battery life (about 1 1/2 hrs on full speed)

I just did a test with a scooter on flat level terrain about 80° outside temperature so battery should be at peak performance. It is very well built and sturdy. The solid tires are extremely bumpy. It might give you a headache and a back ache if you try to ride to the battery limit.I got a range of 8.6 miles on a level sidewalk closed track around around a park. So that’s about half of what they say to the range should be. But 8.6 miles is enough as bumpy as it is to stop and charge for a while. Next, I’ll get the one with the suspension and that one would be perfect. I think. It’s easy to ride just extremely bumpy. One more update the power plug has dramatically loosened up. If you barely bump it, it will just fall out and not charge. I now have to be very careful and lay the scooter on the side to make sure the power plug stays in. And this is only on its third charge.
