First time riding of these and I can say they are really fun to ride! This scooter has some decent power to it. It’s goes up to 15mph which is pretty fast I think. Super easy to set up and charge. It has a nice wide platform for your feet and it has an adjustable handle bar so you can set it to a height that works for you. When it folds down it has a latch that holds it folded .. but be careful when lifting it folded… the handlebars can move side to side which may unlatch it. Once you see it’s latched and you lift it .. then it’s good to go .. it’s just making sure that latch is securely hooked before lifting it. Very good looking electric scooter, the shipping package is really good, all things are already assembled, you do not need any tool, just fews small "click" and the scooter is ready to operate. The scooter is not real heavy, I can move it from outside to my garage and lift it thru the door to my living room (see photos) without any problem. I get this scooter for my 12 years old grandson, however it will also fit for any adult. The scooter come with battery and the charger. Overall, this is a strong and very good electric scooter. Call me whatever name comes to mind but riddle me this Batman! Why would your company advertise 20mile range contingent on 1. a fully, solid charge while 2. Only engaging in Gear 1 (slowest speed, 5mph) while 3. Driving on completely flat roads.... explain why I couldn't even get 9 DAMN MILES out of the POC without going from full charged to dead as a dorn nail without even making it even 50% of said advertisement?! Also it goes so fast! It has 3 settings if you’re not into that sort of thing tho and the brakes are great. I use it more than my car to go anywhere in the neighborhood. It's still very wobbly even after tightening the handle bars fall down. Lights do not light up unless going fast. And since this is for 6-12 year old not sure they'll ever get to see the lights on the wheels
