The media could not be loaded. I purchased this electric scooter for the family. My family uses it around our community and will bring it with me on vacation as well. This scooter has great battery longevity and performance. After 2 days of use(20mins each), the display screen still shows 3 out of 4 battery bars left. The scooter screen battery displays lighting, speed, battery life percentage, and cruise mode. Plus, it comes with a headlight, brake light, and a bell. Great visibility AT NIGHT!! Easy to assemble and has great acceleration. I love the wide board to make enough space for both foot with either way sitting or standing. Scooter arrived on time with no box damages. I put it together within 10min or so. During the assembly I noticed that color of the silver doesn’t match or has spot discoloration. After the assembly I charged it and took if for a sin. The shooter behaved outstanding with change of speed and handling. After the ride I decided to take it inside of the house where I found the locking mechanism for folding and unfolding steering was loose. I contacted the seller, and they took care of me right the way. Customer service is very good. Negatives: - Paint issue/discoloration. - Folding/Unfolding locking mechanism is fragile. - Cannot leave it unattended. Scooter has no key. Positives: - Really good style. A lot of people give complements. - Handles made of very good rubber. I dropped it few times already and no rubber damage. - Cruse control is nice to have. - Lights are cool but will drain battery faster. - Rear suspension is nice to have. - Will get to you 20mph fast. Also, it is simple to fold it down so that can be put into my trunk easily. Smooth drive, 25miles/hour, feels like super fast!! without noise and a long-lasting battery.
