I had high expectations for this pan given its price point, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to them. First off, food sticks to the surface even with careful use and proper heat settings, making cooking less enjoyable and more frustrating. Even with non-stick spray or oil, I’ve had trouble with fish, and other delicate foods. Cleaning is another major issue. Despite following the care instructions, it’s incredibly hard to get the pan clean—residue seems to cling to the surface, and I’ve spent much longer scrubbing than I ever expected. I’ve tried using mild cleaning agents and the soft sponge that comes with it, but it still takes a lot of effort to remove stuck-on food. For the price, I was hoping for a high-quality, easy-to-clean pan, but unfortunately, I haven’t had the experience I was expecting. It may work for some, but for me, it’s not worth the investment. ... show more
