I wasn't planning to get the sauce pan but really needed the smaller frying pan. The other two sizes are actually quite large, which I didn't realize before I bought them. I typically cook for two so no need for the larger pans, though I have them now. Of course, I absolutely love all of these products. The nonstick ability is amazing. The first that I have used that actually do what they say. Though, there are a few cons to them. 1. The handles get HOT. Buy yourself a couple of those silicone handle sleeves. 2. They are slow to reach temperature. Turn them on and add your little splash of olive oil ahead of time, then wait until it is hot before you add the food. Putting food into the cold/warm pan will make it stick. 3. The outer coating is a bit delicate. You will see some pictures in the reviews, some of those people must be scraping their pans on the stove while shifting the food around, however, I did chip mine on the 3rd day I had it with just a little bang on the edge of something, cant remember what. Now, the baking sheet is definitely holding up better. The sponges they include to clean with are great for when the bottom stainless steel gets oil burned on. They are like magic erasers. Really like the size of these. I’m a single senior and these are perfect. I also have a small parrot so need to be very careful of cookware that may give off harmful fumes. These don’t. Would buy again.

This pot and pan are very smooth and release food evenly and quickly. They are a hefty weight but not heavy. I just wish there was a lid for the frying pan.

These are now my go to pot and pan. The small pan is great for eggs, with or without butter. I actually like the eggs better with just a bit of butter. Another reviewer mentioned the handle rivets are not non-stick. True, but tilt the pan a bit and let that small bit of butter or oil coat them and it is not an issue. If you are not using butter or oil a bit of care and some soaking takes care of it. Another reviewer complained the outer bottom of the pan scratching if dragged across the stove top grate- I have been careful and not had an issue. These have replaced my 25 year old hard anodized Calphalon cookware for every day use. They heat well and evenly. I did keep the Calphalon, but prefer the non-stick. ... show more
