5 Stars isn’t enough, customer service alone is 10 Stars, The unit itself is 10 stars. Installation video was exact. Took me 20 minutes to remove old and mount new units. The even sent the trim removal tools. Appearance changed my truck to brand new look, exact fit, features are crazy cool. I have the Bose system and this made it sounds even cleaner. I was confused on the bluetooth connection, texted customer service from What’s App and he did a video call , he was extremely helpful, extremely patient and extremely nice I could not be more pleased. Please check out my pictures, this is a 100% legit unit and I completely recommend. I will update this review in a couple months to tell you how it’s going.

Awesome product! Installation was the easiest part of this adventure. Luckily, I read the reviews and they all mentioned the great technical support for this device. I emailed them and they responded right away(not to mention it was 0100 am). The tech even sent me how to step by step videos for all of my questions. I even emailed him a day later to ask about additional features and he took time to explain them all to me in detail. There is so much to do on this device and instantly upgrades almost every vehicle. I have a 2018 gmc sierra and it fit my truck perfectly. the new unit gave me access to features that my stock unit did not. The bigger display screen is a huge upgrade from the 8in oem head unit and it shows clear as my phone or tablet. Additionally, I have a custom sound system in my truck and it connected seamlessly. The sound quality is perfect for my setup. The many apps available make this thing a steal and road trips that much more worth it. You pay for what you get and it’s worth the price!

Easy to install step by step instructions. I was having trouble with audio for netflix and youtube but I sent customer service a message via whats app with the QR code provide. They responded quickly with step by step instructions on how to get the audio to work properly on netflix and youtube. Over all the product is GREAT looks very nice in my 2018 chevy silverado the audio is great! I did NOT lose any factory settings all my buttons and AC work properly. 100% recommend. The price is great for the quality of the product!!!!!!!

1. The install is very straight forward. Everything is plug and play. There are plenty of videos on YouTube you can follow. The manual they provide is good as well that’s what I used to install. Took me about 30 minutes. 2. Wow what a difference the screen makes! It’s such an amazing upgrade. You can install basically any app from the play store, including your own apks. Set up was super easy 3. Unfortunately my unit didn’t include the aux detection cable that I wanted to use, but I was able to contact their customer service and they answered right away! They provided me with a solution and also are always willing to answer any other questions I have had. Overall I say it’s totally worth the purchase. Every time someone gets in my truck they immediately notice it and say it looks great. It’ll give your truck a new breath of life.

Got this installed on my 2015 Silverado 3500. The install and quick start guide are pretty simple to follow with pictures. There are also video QR codes in the guide to help as well. If you still need more help figuring out the best ways to run your wires and what harnesses you may not need there are plenty of YouTube install videos people make as well with this same tablet stereo. Take the time to figure out the install process first and it’ll be a breeze. Once I got it connected and fired it up, my phone was still connected to my truck’s Chevy MyLink…you have to disconnect from your vehicle all together and follow the quick start guide to pair your truck BT to the tablet and your phone BT to the tablet. Then everything works and the DSP sounds great. It’s a bit different and overwhelming at first if you’re not used to a stereo like this (like me), but it’s pretty awesome once you get it set up right. Yes, it works with Bose. Yes, your OE backup camera will work. Yes, it looks gorgeous. No, you cannot use CarPlay and have the tablet connected to WiFi at the same time. Just use your mobile hotspot and download whatever music and video apps you want and listen/watch that way vs through CarPlay. Oh, and there’s an adapter you can get to use your OE shark fin GPS antenna for like $10 on Amazon. Look into that if you don’t want to use the one provided in the box. There’s a user manual that comes with it as well. Be prepared, there are a ton of setting and function options so it’s gonna take time to get used to it. The seller also provides software updates that are released periodically. They communicate and make notifications about new updates via WhatsApp. I messaged them through Amazon and gave them my WhatsApp info and was provided the latest update via email that I will need to put into a USB and connect to the tablet to update. On the topic of communicating with the seller…solid customer service! They are overseas so keep in mind the time difference, but I first messaged early evening MST and received a quick response. The person I spoke with was friendly , professional, and asked questions to make sure my unit was set up correctly. Fast, responsive, helpful! Excellent customer service! If you get lost during the install or setup, you won’t have an issue getting help from them! Super happy with my purchase and the seller!
