Surprisingly easy to install. Truly plug and play. Interface or software is a little “chinesey”, meaning probably due to licensing they have their own CarPlay interface that 99% mirrors apple CarPlay. I mean, it’s spot on. When changing between sources, the volume doesn’t pre adjust, so be prepared, could be loud. All steering controls work. All ac controls work within the new screen. Screen is beautiful, layout is very attractive OEM like, easy to navigate between apps. I think it’s pretty cool that the unit has a sim for data and the data is pretty reasonable, 50gb, $20. 4g service. I have a new 2025 GMC Yukon and this screen is identical. Really good upgrade, every thing seems high quality with no glitches, can switch thru the different apps quickly. Screen will actually connect to the GMC intellitech via blue tooth, and then connect the screen to the phone via Bluetooth. So far the quality makes me feel very comfortable on spending the $1100 on this upgrade. Can definitely see that they attempted to put a good quality of instructional/installment together by even including colored pictures, but it slightly confusing. I simply followed the video instructions which is included by QR code in the instructions, probably would benefit redoing the instructional video with better quality, stronger English speaking and more professional (remove crocks with socks), start from the very beginning- start with removing the OEM trim and making the trimming required for new unit, doing this would prob help sell more of these units. One thing that the instructions leaves out: you will have to trim a little of the plastic back, very easy, you’ll see in the video of the hack job they did, mine didn’t look any better. Doesn’t really matter and doesn’t affect going back to stock unit if you wanted to. It’s just to make room for the back of the unit. You will also need to pull the metal retaining clips off your stock trim and use on this new trim. Very simple. All in all…. If you are looking to upgrade/redress your interior 10/10. Well worth the money. Good tech isn’t cheap, and cheap tech is not good. I know bounced around a lot typing this review, I rarely ever do reviews, so I hope all this makes sense. Good luck! For the manufacturer/seller- I’ll gladly make you a better install video for the reimbursed cost of this product. To include the unboxing. Clear English, no crocks n socks! Step by step. 🤣 I’ve included a before and after photo of the install.

Awesome product! Installation was the easiest part of this adventure. Luckily, I read the reviews and they all mentioned the great technical support for this device. I emailed them and they responded right away(not to mention it was 0100 am). The tech even sent me how to step by step videos for all of my questions. I even emailed him a day later to ask about additional features and he took time to explain them all to me in detail. There is so much to do on this device and instantly upgrades almost every vehicle. I have a 2018 gmc sierra and it fit my truck perfectly. the new unit gave me access to features that my stock unit did not. The bigger display screen is a huge upgrade from the 8in oem head unit and it shows clear as my phone or tablet. Additionally, I have a custom sound system in my truck and it connected seamlessly. The sound quality is perfect for my setup. The many apps available make this thing a steal and road trips that much more worth it. You pay for what you get and it’s worth the price!

5 Stars isn’t enough, customer service alone is 10 Stars, The unit itself is 10 stars. Installation video was exact. Took me 20 minutes to remove old and mount new units. The even sent the trim removal tools. Appearance changed my truck to brand new look, exact fit, features are crazy cool. I have the Bose system and this made it sounds even cleaner. I was confused on the bluetooth connection, texted customer service from What’s App and he did a video call , he was extremely helpful, extremely patient and extremely nice I could not be more pleased. Please check out my pictures, this is a 100% legit unit and I completely recommend. I will update this review in a couple months to tell you how it’s going.

Not bad at all. Was really plug and play. The only thing I didnt like was it didnt come with clips to pop the new one in. So had to order clips to secure the radio deck in place. Also theirs like 3 different things requiring bluetooth and if u have it wrong the music dont play. Cant turn my fan down or up ither. So its stuck on full blast.. im gonna read more about it and see what I can figure out. Alot of stuff. Basically a tablet.
