This is a nice set from Austin Bazaar. I am learning having almost no prior experience. My requirements for a digital piano were 1) 88 keys, 2) "real" piano feel and 3) a good sustain pedal. The FP-30X fulfills that nicely. The pedal looks like it was added by Austin Bazaar which was a nice bonus being much better quality than the one that comes with it. The stool and stand were okay, but I ended up not using them. The stool would hurt my back, so I got another one with a back rest. The stand is a generic one but was slightly unstable as the piano did not fit onto it perfectly. Also, my legs would tend to bump the crossbar of the stand. I got another stand from K&M which was rock solid and has no crossbars. One feature I was not looking for, but should have was the Bluetooth support (IN/OUT). It's fantastic to use with learning apps. A real game changer. The BT connection worked flawlessly. With this piano you pretty much need to use the Roland App (IOS or Android, I don't know about PC). While you could change the settings via the buttons/keys on the piano, it's convoluted and a hassle. For example, to change voices you need to look up the key combination in the user manual which is in small type. You select the voice by pressing one of three buttons and one of the piano keys at the same time. It wouldn't be so bad if the keys were labelled, but they're not. There are labels but they are for something else and are hard to read. Similar situation for other settings and there are a lot of them. And you can't tell what they are currently set at. Using the App, it's a breeze. I've been "playing" this piano for four months now. Very happy with it.

Got this for my grandfather and he loves playing it. He says it feels like a real piano, and he even uses the foot pedals like a real piano too. He loves the bench it came with and uses it for storage. This one is an upgrade from a previous keyboard he had that was not sturdy at all. This keyboard is very solid both for professionals, beginners, and hobbyists who just want a full sized piano at home.

Good value for the keyboard and accessories. I had to have weighted and full sized keys and these fit the bill. It is definitely very close to the real thing. I don't love the stand because it was difficult to understand the assembly instructions (youtube helped with that) and I don't like the crossbars around my knees, but it is fine and sturdy enough. I might invest in a better stand at some point. The keyboard probably has more features that I will ever use as a hobbyist, but it all makes be happy when I sit and play it.

Excellent feel and weighted action for the price. Powerful built-in speakers for room-filling sound. Bluetooth connectivity adds modern flexibility. Compact and portable for home/studio use. No built-in display many settings require app navigation or button combos. Some advanced controls can feel buried or unintuitive without the app. The included sustain pedal is basic; many players upgrade for better feel.

I thought I’d leave this review for everyone who like me was apprehensive about buying from the third party seller on Amazon. I have no association with the seller, just a regular person who was freaked out about “what if” this or that were to happen. I was especially concerned with the shipping. What if I purchase this, they mail with USPS, gets lost, I’ll spend weeks trying to straighten it out or get my money back? Anyway, upon reading one positive review specifically mentioning this seller—and they’re the only bundle right now on Amazon, it’s not like you can have your pick—I finally pulled the trigger. I placed the order on Saturday morning. Three hours later I already had a FedEx tracking number, my order was processed. By Wednesday I had my Roland (I’m in California). It’s perfect, I’m so happy I finally bought this. Whhhhyy have I waited so long. Where have you been my whole life!!! I LOVE this keyboard!!!!! The seller fyi sends you a free nice pedal as a nice surprise. Someone else mentioned it in their review I recall and it’s true. The pedal that Roland incudes in the box is kinda crappy. So the seller mails you that pedal… I think it wasn’t even in the bundle. Actually I’m not sure, but I got a pedal and it’s nice and sturdy. I can’t say anything about the quality of the stand or stool but this bundle was cheaper than singular keyboard from other sellers and websites, so just buy it. lol. And it ships with FedEx so you know at all times where your item is. This was the biggest thing for me, really. What else. The box is huge. My son had to help me carry it. I’m in love with the keyboard. I wish… I wish I did this five years ago. How silly of me. I hope this reviews help someone on the fence to make a decision. I write this review as of December 2025. I’m one happy camper. :)))))))
