Upon box opening I noticed the unit only had a 83%. I did not bother charging to 100% thinking 83% would be plenty too jump off my truck or air up a tire. So I put it back in the case and placed it in the truck. Fast forward 4 days later having left on my led under body ground lights over night I needed a jump off to start and of course I went to the retrieve the jump box only to find it at zero percent and not usable. And now going on 3 hours of the box sitting on the charger it has only gained 10% . Needles to say I’m returning it but I was considering just replacing the unit and letting the brand have another shot. But the replaced item wouldn’t be shipped until Dec 25 2026 so I called Amazon and they said the item is unavailable and not in stock which is the reason for the delayed shipping. I asked why it was even an option to have a replaced item shipped and no answer was provided. So upon instructing the agent to cancel my replaced item I found the exact same brand for $3.00 more then what I paid for it by the same seller!!! And then asked the agent about this and was told it only shows as at of stock on their side. So then I asked to have so returns canceled and return this item as store credit and I’ll order another one. The lady asked for me to hold came back after approximately 3 minutes and said something about an email and then ended the call. The whole experience with this seller and this item is sketchy to say the least buyer beware

This thing is seriously impressive. It's way smaller than I expected but packs a serious punch. I helpedd start up a neighbor's SUV, no problem. But what really blew me away was all the extra features. The built-in tire inflator came in handy just yesterday when I was pumping up my car. The LED light is a nice addition too. The display is clear and simple to read, and it tells you exactly what to do. No confusing manual-reading required. I love that it's basically idiot-proof with all the safety features. The clamps feel really solid and well-made, not cheap at all. The only tiny gripe I have is that the carry case is a bit bulky, but honestly, that's me being really picky. For everything this thing does, it's worth the space it takes up in my trunk. Honestly, it's one of those purchases that makes you feel like a responsible adult 😂 The peace of mind alone is worth it. Tip: Charge it up as soon as you get it and then check the charge every few months. Better to have it ready to go when you need it!
