If you need to use the inflator for an extended period, it's recommended to turn it off every 10 minutes to allow it to cool down. How to maintain this product? If this product is not used for an extended period, it is recommended to charge it every 3 months to maintain battery activity. What should I do if my product stops working? Great Jump Pack/Air Pump Especially for the price

I have only had to use it 3 times since I bought it, but is far superior to the jump packs I bought in the past. It charges extremely fast. The power jumping a car was impressive especially since it is so compact. The addition of the the air pump was a great improvement.

Game changer

I ordered this device the same day that the battery on my car died. I decided not to call AAA as the jump starter was estimated to arrive the next day. Thought I'd give this a chance before going through the hassle of calling AAA and waiting for a service person. It arrived as expected. After charging it fully, I was able to jump start the battery without any particular problems. Jumping the battery only required 2% of the device's charge. This has proven to be one of the most useful and successful purchases I have ever made. I haven't yet tried using the air compressor function. The instruction booklet was adequate but would have been easier for me to follow if it had included greater details in the steps to follow. Nonetheless, I was able to get past that issue by using a little bit of persistence. Glad I bought this device and I won't feel so stranded the next time a dead or low battery sneaks up on me.

I've seen AAA use something similar for jumping a battery so I thought it would be handy. Less than a week after receiving it I woke up to a flat. I hooked this up and it inflated my tire quickly. Very convenient, I highly recommend this.

Customer service resolved my issue immediately.

Customer Service gets 5 stars. The item is still 2 stars. I increased my initial review to 3.5. As an addendum, I must complement the customer service. Upon recieving my response regarding the charger, they responded immediately. I received a credit of the full purchase amount, even though the purchase date was more than the 30 days. Recieved the item safely and as expected. I charged the unit as instructed. When the hubby took the unit out to jump his pickup, it failed to work. The meter showed 100% when he got it out, 75% after the first try. At 75% it would not start the vehicle. I gave it 2 stars because I haven't tried the compressor. So far, I am very unhappy with my purchase. I would NOT recommend this item.
