As promised
The watch is in "excellent" shape...I did have a small chip on the side, but nothing I cannot live with. Otherwise no scratches on the face and functions perfectly! It shipped fast and arrived on time. It is compatible with my phone but that is also a Samsung. No connection issues with my earbuds either. It has been easy to set up and use with apps that also work for all the things I need to include Fitness and Health tracking as well as alarms for just the watch. It does have to be charged daily as the battery quickly loses charge compared to my Garmin watch. However, overall the watch is well worth it! ... show more

Won't purchase refurbished ever again
When I first received it the watch worked perfectly, after about a month it started requiring many updates very frequently. It no longer automatically connects to phone calls or text messages, I have to manually go to the phone and text to see the messages. It also no longer connects with the phone for my work outs. It gives me 2 separate workout results I have to individually turn on the workout on the phone and the watch. Ill never buy a refurbished watch again. ... show more
