In January of this year Northern Indiana received 3.5 inches of rain in two days so of course that was the perfect time for the float switch on our sump pump to break. It wasn't as bad as it could have been but we did have soaked carpet in our finished basement and bedroom. Thank goodness it was only about 3-4 feet into the rooms and just around the outside walls. Ten days, five fans and a dehumidifier later we had some pretty gross around the edges carpet. I really wish I had thought to take some pictures but this stuff worked so well! The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean! So glad I took a chance and bought it. The only thing is I wish the powder container had a shaker top. I had an empty parmesan cheese container and just transferred the powder as I needed it. A+

I've had the best luck with Capture products removing difficult stains. Tried the rug shampoo in my Hoover rug shampoo machine for the first time and was impressed. I had a stain I thought would never come out. After going over it several times it was gone. I'd definitely recommend.

I have not had to use it much yet but it seems to clean the small spots I cleaned with it. I like all the Capture products, dry cleaner, spot and odor remover it is the best product I’ve found to get pet accidents out of my carpet.

Love this stuff use to buy when lowes carried it. I have cats and an older dog that is starting to have accidents and this stuff works great for the urine odors as well as stains love this stuff.
