Features

  • Versatile Barrel Smoking Space: We designed this vertical smoker with both shelfstyle and hanging smoking spaces. It features 5 removable chromeplated cooking racks that can accommodate various sizes of meat, providing a total smoking area of 855 SQIN. The builtin hooks at the top of the chamber are good for smoking long cuts of meats
  • Charcoal Offset Smoker Grill: The left small chamber contains the charcoal fuel and wood chips, allowing the fruitwood aroma to flow through a sealed connector into the right main vertical smoker chamber for lowtemperature smoking. We also provide a water pan to keep the meat tender and add a distinctive smoky flavor
  • Charcoal Vertical Smoker Grill: We have equipped a hightemperature enamel charcoal pan for the smoker chamber, which can transform this offset smoker into a vertical smoker, letting you enjoy different flavors. Moreover, using the charcoal pan together with the offset smoker can increase the temperature during offset smoking, accelerating food maturation and reducing waiting time
  • Superior Temperature Control System: We have designed an adjustable air vent at the bottom of the side fire chamber, which, together with the chimney on the main barrel smoker, effectively extend the air path and enhance food flavor. Additionally, we have included adjustable door latches to maximize the seal of the barrel smoker. Paired with the builtin thermometer, you can monitor the internal temperature in realtime for more precise temperature control

  • Good craftsmanship, large capacity, suitable for large family barbecue
Size: Large Offset Smoker
I'm really satisfied with this barbecue grill! First of all, the material is very thick, and the whole furnace is very heavy. It does took a lot of effort to assemble, but because of this, it feels very strong and durable. Secondly, the grill area is very large, which is enough for a family or even friends to have a barbecue together, which is very practical. What surprised me most was that its fire chamber design was integrated. I bought another stove at Home Depot before, and the smoke leakage problem was very serious. This one basically didn't have this trouble, and the firepower was more stable. On the whole, this quality is fully worthy of its price, and it is very safe to use. ... show more

  • Good quality
Size: Large Vertical Smoker
This smoker allows me to create professional-quality smoked dishes right in my backyard. The spacious cooking area is perfect for large gatherings. I've smoked brisket and pork chops simultaneously without feeling crowded. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I'm sure it'll be even more convenient to use for roasting a turkey. The heavy-duty steel construction and built-in thermometer allow for precise heat monitoring without opening the lid, maintaining a consistent low-temperature, slow-smoking environment. The removable racks make cleanup a breeze. The clear and easy-to-follow assembly instructions—I was able to complete it myself in about two hours without any professional assistance—and the $500 price tag is a steal compared to other high-end smokers. ... show more

  • Nice smoker
Size: Medium Offset Smoker
The media could not be loaded. I am impressed by the quality. The grill/smoker is heavy dudy compared to others in the $200 - $400 price range. Nothing feels flimsy. I haven't smoked any yet. I will update my comment when i do. It was easy to put together. The only problem with the smoker is it showed up with a couple of dents. I returned the first one and the replacement had the same dents. Its the way the manufacturers packed it in the box. They tried the pack it well but one of the shelves dented the cover in the rear. You cant see the demts from the front but be prepared for a couple of small dents. Im sure all will have them. Other then that im really happy with my purchase ... show more

  • Great charcoal grill & smoker
Size: Medium Offset Smoker
We love this combination grill and smoker! We were really impressed by the quality of the parts and the ease of assembly. The other day it rained, and we hadn’t had the chance to buy a cover yet, so we were a little bit concerned about water accumulation and rust, but then when we went out to check later, we were really impressed and relieved that there was almost no water inside! We also love that it’s multi-functional, allowing you to both grill and smoke meat. It’s big and comes with multiple grill racks, allowing you to grill or smoke lots of food. It’s also easy to access the whole inside and clean. All in all, it’s a great deal and a good find. ... show more

  • One my most disappointing purchases
Size: Medium Offset Smoker
One of my complaints is actually my fault. I really did not think about the diameter of the barrel. It was more looking at the length and should’ve gotten out a yardstick and measured out the diameter. The barrel is just too small for how I use it. Typically I’m doing two large pieces of meat like the pork butts you get at Costco. I prefer to do them in the foil pans there’s just not enough air to do two at a time. It pretty much takes up most of the space in the smoker. If you buy this, make sure you consider all of the dimensions. Now onto the list of reasons why I regret this purchase: 1. The instructions are horrible. All diagrams No Text. I’m pretty good at assembling things and previously read reviews about attaching the legs so I need to keep those screws very very loose. The rest of it was more complicated than it needed to be because of the poor directions. Which should’ve taken 30 minutes to an hour took me four hours of having to figure things out. I also wish every manufacturer would put one or two extra screws and bolts of each type in a package which this manufacturer did not. It was precisely as many as you needed, and not one spare. 2. I was on a tight budget. Otherwise I would have bought the larger model for the pull out drawer to take out ashes. I bought this one because it was in the same price range as your average Walmart smoker/barbecue but it had a door that opened on the side to remove the ash. That’s all fine and dandy but there’s minimal space between the great that holds your charcoal and where the ashes fall and the great has large holes so as the Kohl’s become smaller, you end up, raking them out along with the ash and they still have some life left in them. if you’re doing something low and slow getting that out of there is important as you add more cokes. 3. in all reality if you’re planning on doing a brisket or Boston butt or anything low and slow, this is just not gonna be a good purchase. I don’t grill I smoke. See next item. 4. it is impossible to get this up to the right temperature and keep it at that temperature. The smoke leaks out badly around the lid of each of the barrels but it’s worse in the larger barrel. Some leaks out where you attach the two barrels, and I wish I would’ve thought about that before I assembled it because I would’ve created some sort of seal there. I have the fix for the lids leaking but it’s more money and just a giant pain in the backside. 5. Their smaller Barrel is just never going to be sufficient for smoking low and slow. The highest temperature I was able to achieve was 200° could not maintain it. Then there’s constantly having to start new coals in a separate container and then dumping them in when they’re done burning and getting the ass out. I’ve actually done this with another smoker but for whatever reason the combination of problems with this smoker, makes it a Knogo. 6. The thermometer was useful for exactly one day. We had an unexpected bout of rain, and the thermometer is not waterproof. So now it’s filled with rainwater. Why on earth would you use something not waterproof in an outdoor item? 7. The great in front is actually fairly sturdy but it’s not all that deep. For dinner plate, size something it’s all right but if you’re like me and you’re carrying a large cut of meat out on a big tray, it won’t hold it. This product is not going to work for your Boston butts, Briskets and a rack of ribs. They might barely fit. So yesterday I did a brisket. The highest temperature I achieved is 250 which is fine. I usually will do even lower than that for a longer period of time. I used up an entire large bag of charcoal plus the saturated applewood chips that I’m fond of And the best that it could achieve was five hours of a temperature between 150 and 200. I had to finish it off in the oven and wasn’t happy with the results results. 7. The absolute most annoying thing is probably the design of the hinge that holds the door on the small barrel closed. That gets hot when you’re using it. If you’re pulling out in the middle of a run, you can’t touch it with bare hands. The top of the barrel is in the way from completely lifting off that little hook so you have to lift it up a little bit and then open the door and it’ll swing out of the way. It’s a big problem closing the door because you have to get the door almost closed and then move the hinge in a position slightly above the screw. It drops over, then close the door, and then let the hook drop. The engineer who decided to design it this way should be out of ! I will use the bottle opener, so no comment on that. The handles are pretty sturdy and don’t get all that hot. I think one of the many reasons why it doesn’t maintain temperature is the metal it’s constructed out of. Sold my cheap double barrel a decade ago when I moved. Kid you know it was cheap and I bought it at Walmart. It was much thicker than this Barrel. Between the leaks and the thin material, there’s probably no hope of getting a good result beyond using it as a grill Yes, I’m pretty bummed! ... show more
