The assembly instructions are very clear, and there is even a QR code for an installation video, which made the setup much easier to understand. It didn’t take too long to put together. Really happy with this BBQ grill. It takes about 2 hours to assemble. The burners heat up quickly, there are 5 burner controls. the temperature is easy to control, and the cooking area is big enough to grill shrimp, sausages, and flatbreads all at once. Heat distributes evenly with no cold spots, and the side shelves are super convenient for prep. Build quality feels solid, wheels roll smoothly, and cleanup is easy thanks to the drip tray and simple grate design. Setup with the propane tank was straightforward. This grill was easy to assemble. Problem is even with adjusting gas and burners, it appears to be more of a danger than a great grilling experience. The initial light up of the grill is intense with a huge pop of flames. During cooking even when knobs are on low, there is an extreme amount of flames still occurring. I have grilled for years, I'm not new to working a grill. But this grill is dangerous. I have had the regulator checked and still can't seem get it under control.

I am thoroughly impressed with the flexibility of this. Having both a grill rack and a griddle plate included makes it incredibly convenient for cooking different types of meals. You can easily switch between them depending on what you’re making. We just cooked some mushrooms and veggies and lamb with it, they all work out well. The design is also very well-thought-out. The slide-out drip tray catches all the excess oil perfectly, and it is very simple to remove. Cleanup after a meal used to be a chore, but this system makes it fast and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a functional and low-maintenance grill !
