The weight bench and barbell are fine for a beginner and I'm happy with them. It's narrow though, so make sure that it's size fits you. However, the shipping was bad. The boxes looked like they'd been opened and resealed 3-4 times (returns? customs?), they were beat to hell, and after opening and beginning assembly, I found 2 parts were bent (including the barbell itself, I unbent them), and there were some scratched parts (so it looks like I've actually used the thing now). ... show more

Works as described, delivered ahead of schedule. Bar is hollow steel, don't expect a solid bar, all in all there is nothing to complain about considering the price.

Waste of money. Not wide enough to lift you will pinch you hands trying to pu it back. You have to almost have both arms closed together to get it off the rack then spread your arms wide while holding barbell could slip and fall on you. No godd do not buy
