Works great, but there are a lot of options and buttons that I'm not even sure what they do. I think I just need to spend more time reading the manual. The menu can be hard to navigate without the instructions. I recently replaced the cartridges with off brand ink and have since been having quality issues, but I'm not sure if that's an issue with the printer or the ink. ... show more

Worked great, until it didn't. Now it prints horribly with magenta all over all the paper, even after turning on condensation control and every other setting available. Cleaning ITB and fixing assembly returns what you see in the pictures. Changing cartridges does nothing. This printer is going in the dumpster and I am never buying Canon again. This was not cheap either, so frustrating. ... show more

The 3 stars is because the print quality COULD be amazing. Since I have purchased there have been random white spots to show up in places on my prints. I’ve replaced the toner, I’ve done the cleanings, I’ve done everything under the sun. Support was less than helpful so I accepted it. I’ve been using with minimal issues (I just have to re-print pages that have a lot of coverage because of white spots and use the best quality ones). It’s now worsened and I’m so very frustrated. I’ve had this for almost 2 years and I feel like it should have lasted longer but since it has had issues from the beginning maybe ordinarily it would have. I reached out when I first set it up and was sent new toners. They say said that was the issue. Then I was told ro run this function, clean this, etc… and was given no options to return without spending big money for shipping (these things are HEAVY). All in all, the areas that do print are great quality but now the white spots are worse so it’s pretty much useless ... show more

The hardest part was carrying the huge box up the stairs Laser printers have weight. Okay, it set right up in about 10 min I thought it was simple, I bought it to print labels for BBQ and hot sauce and bought Avery laser glossy labels and they came out great like the print shop "I used to use" It will definitely pay itself off fast. I have not used any other function but print. I will update the review with photos soon. ... show more
