My original Camplux fire pit arrived damaged but after contacting the customer service department they promptly issued a whole new fire pit. Itâs beautiful and throws off a lot of heat. Itâs very sturdy and stylish and fairly easy to assemble. Itâs a nice addition to our patio. Iâll give them 5 stars.

This works perfectly and meets every expectation I had! Heat output is good at low & high; A decent amount of lava rock was supplied, It has a long hose. The "lid" is a metal stamped lid with a hole, but it is missing a handle in the middle. It's not really a problem because you wouldn't be taking the lid off while this is hot. The carry kit is a nylon harness with some metal hooks. There is a need to space the hooks uniformly around the unit so they won't slide around, then tighten the straps. It would be better if there were holes drilled for the carry kit, but if you just know to do it right you'll be OK. There are 4 plastic "legs" that I wasn't sure what they were for -- but they are the "propane tank stabilizer". You can put them on the bottom of the tank so it help it stay upright. Before you light this, keep in mind after unpacking from long storage there is air in that 10 foot hose. So I just run the gas for 20 seconds without lighting it to purge the air; Then WAIT for 2-3 minutes for the propane to clear out before trying to turn it on & light it.

Packaged well, no damage, looks pretty good. The setup was easy, take about 30 minutes with average building skills. Use a Philips screwdriver instead of the provided wrench. It would have been nice if the tiles were removable on top since they are a standard size. Only cosmetic issues I had was some grout on one of the tile surfaces (middle of one tile). All in all I would recommend, works great.

We are so pleased with this portable firepit! We camped this summer during a particularly dry spell and wildfire danger was âHighâ so wood burning campfires werenât allowed. We were allowed to use the propane firepit since it is well contained, no sparks, etc. So we were still able to have those magical nites around the campfire during the ban. And when itâs time for bed, simply turn it off. Itâs just the right size, fits in to the RV, and has easy hookup to the propane tank with the long hose, so you can set the tank back away from the unit and out of the way. You wonât regret this!

Edit: Seller sent a replacement which is awesome. Iâll get a bag to carry this one so straps wonât be an issue. Always great when sellers back their stuff. Replacement seems to get hotter than the old one which makes a huge difference. They appear identical so the first must have just had some issues with it. Am happy with purchase now. Super cheap carrying strap. If they would just not include this I could have paid more for a bag or better yet a different brand of fire pit altogether. Takes forever to get the strap on right snd then you find out the clips on the strap are clearly not rated for this much weight as they pop apart, which make the entire thing crash to the ground. Way better options out there for certain. When it comes to heat output it once again is rather sub par in. It doesnât even make a very visually pleasing fire. Now pretty badly dented up and scratched from the strap not working it was not a good buy at all. I donât know a better option that amazon sells just that everyone I know who has one works way better.

Love this so much! I looked at multiple in store and they are super expensive. Found this one and was worried since it was cheaper priced, but the quality is top tier! Itâs very heavy and sturdy and is absolutely beautiful! My kids love sitting by the pool and making sâmores over the flames! 10 for 10 recommend

Terrible product! Bought this firepit and did not work properly right out of the box. It would not stay lit, unless I held the toggle dial in. When I reached out to customer service by email, they began to put me through a list of tasks that required me taking picture and videos and emailing them. When I finished one task, they would set me on another task. âTake the rocks out and light it againâ, âTighten a bolt and send a video of it,â and etc. it is like they know that they push me enough and require me to do enough, I will just walk away and they will not have to refund me my money for a faulty product. I would highly recommend another company to go to on thisâŚ.preferably MADE IN THE USA!
