The shampoo is very good with nice smell. It removes oil on hair very well. And the hair smells really fresh with smooth touch. The reasons I only give 4 stars are as follows: 1) It looks the box is updated with new package which does not match the pics on Amazon currently. But I still believe it's the same one. 2) I bought two of them. However, as the pics show, one box looks leaking for a while with white residues along the cap. Not sure if it's 10 yrs old, or the newest. The last one I bought in the store is not like this. Either way, the product you sell should match the picture. The one in my picture is what I received. The one I bought in the store a while back looked like the picture advertised.

    • I ordered the Tresemme Clarifying Shampoo. I received their Moisture Rich Shampoo.
When I order a Clarifying Shampoo and get a Moisture Rich Shampoo, it is a major fault although both come in the same Tresemmse bottle, both made by the same company (Tresemme); BUT ONE VERY CLEARLY SAYS MOISTURE RICH while the one I want very clearly says CLARIFYING SHAMPOO. To me it's the same as receiving a completely different product altogether. The one I got shampoos okay after which my hair is nice and soft. But the one I want leaves my hair squeaky clean. The clarifying shampoo clarifies like it says--it washes off the buildup (residue) of other crap on my hair since the last wash which includes the molecules of hair conditioner, other stuff for styling purposes (I don't use), sebum (the natural oil from the sebaceous glands in the scalp), any applied hair oil (I don't use), and the dirt which clings better to hair covered with natural or commercial oils. AFTER CLARIFYING my hair, I can alter the hair any way I want before the next hair wash. In my case it includes just the right amount of hair conditioner to soften it before I comb it in the style I want. That's it! I can't help but feel the supplier was out of CLARIFYING SHAMPOO and thought I'd never know the difference. No uh uh. Not so. The supplier can say, "Well why didn't you mail what we gave you back for a refund or replacement?" Anyone who has a life at all knows the answer to that question. Maybe next time I can find a good clarifying shampoo in a beauty shop, or drugstore, or grocery store. I would hope maybe I could find some Tresemme Clarifying Shampoo there since I like their shampoo. ... show more

I honestly first used this at a family members house and realized that my hair felt much better; softer, less dry, etc. Then I realized that a spot of psoriasis that flares up occasionally was not bothering me at all. Since I switched over to this as my regular shampoo, I have not needed dandruff shampoo, medicated shampoo, or conditioner -- although I may try the TRESemmé conditioner. When I bought the shampoo I was thinking that it was big but not, I think you should retake a picture for showing the real size: people will understand because of the prise. This had been helped at me to clean, not be dry or damaged the hair most of the time because I used another like this and really see the difference between others like Head and Shoulder's. I am using still because I really want to see if my hair will be nutrive and soft so far usually its difficult find the right one! I have fairly thick and wavy hair and I bought both the shampoo and conditioner. I used as directed and it turned my hair into a greasy or dry frizz bomb every time I used the combo. Even when I put after shower products in. No shampoo and conditioner combo has ever done this to me and when you look at the ingredient list it's horrifying too. Most hair dressers in fact would not recommend. I bought this because it was on the cheaper side but since this is your hair we are talking about it might be better of spending more money. I use TRESemme hairspray so I thought I would try this shampoo. Glad I did. It really is great. I can actually put a comb or brush through my hair when I get out of the shower and there are no tangles at all. It makes my hair so soft and I think it's one of the best shampoo's I've ever used.
