  • Wife is very pleased!
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
These are very well made! They are heavy made. The non-stick is outstanding. The lids fit. Very nice set.

  • Not the cookware set I ordered, but I am keeping it anyway
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
Found this 10 Piece cookware set that is dishwasher safe. I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days. I hand washed all pieces and discovered a defect in the 8" omelet pan. I immediately contacted Chalphalon Co. using their web page and I got a replacement in two days. Just this morning I decided to cut up the box for recycling and save parts, since no book came with the set. I then realized, this set is not dishwasher safe! Also I ordered a 10 piece cook ware set and the set I received is a 13 piece set. I am just glad I replaced my old cookware and I will keep this set. I guess I was too excited with this set to check it out before opening it. ... show more

  • After a couple years these pans are still amazing.
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
Had these pans for about two years now. Coatings worn off the bottoms in a ring on some and the top edges where the lid rubs, BUT THE COMPANY WILL REPLACE ALL DAMAGED COATINGS assuming you didn't take a sandblaster to it or something. The important part is I have no damage to the inside coatings at all. Works amazingly well with gas especially, I had these for a while with a glass top electric and then I installed a Maytag gas range. Lids all look almost brand new still. Zero problems at all so far. Almost ever single negative review of these pans is people that take egg beaters and run them in their pots and pans and don't understand why the coating is scratching, and I would bet money they don't even try to use the LIFETIME WARRANTY on the coatings, or are complaining because they don't understand how these pans and lids work. The handles on the pans and pots are metal. They expand and contract as the pot is heated just like almost all metals. There are noises like popping that happen with the lids on the pots because of the magic science and expansion, this is normal. The lids and handles will get heated up if you don't know what you're doing and place the pans on burners that are larger than the pan or run your gas range with the flames coming out from under the pots/pans. Also heating up metal makes it hot, shocking I know. The pans are designed this way so that they are oven safe which the signature series I believe is good up to 500 F and I have used these multiple times in the broiler and oven. If you have 0 understanding of how to cook or what you are doing I don't know why you are going to the top of the list of expensive pans. Probably the same people that rent or test drive lambos and then stomp it turning from stop light and wreck it. The bands on the lids are "loose", this is because glass expands at a different rate than metal. If the bands were tight the glass would shatter every time the lid heats up. Again. SCIENCE. *mystical movements and noises* IN SUMMARY. LIFE. TIME. WARRANTY. USE IT. It's not ok to put electric egg beaters in any pan. Ever. Metal utensil safe means that you can use metal spoons or cooking tools for normal use, not egg beaters and scraping a fork along the bottom will scratch anything. PANS. HOT. *caveman grunt* ... show more

  • Scratches easily
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
I've had these for under a year. We ONLY use plastic ware when cooking and there are multiple scratches on the frying pans.

  • Love this cookware set
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
I did research and read alot of reviews before I purchased this cookware set. I've only had these pots and pans for a short time but so far I am pleased with my purchase. This heavy duty set heats evenly, cleans easily and is very durable. The only thing I don't like is the handles seem a little longer than most so when cooking on a standard size stove top they tend to get in the way when using multiple burners and also when storing in cabinets. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality set. ... show more

  • Sauce pans are deep, but not very wide!
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
I spent what I consider a lot of money on this set and overall I'm pretty satisfied, however, I was deeply disappointed in the size of the sauce pans. Although the depth is fine, they were narrower than what I'm used to.

  • Great replacement for 20 year old set
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
I don’t know why we did not do this sooner, but this set is just what we needed! Our old one started flaking and warping and this one does a great job for cooking. Easy to clean, remember do Not Use spray oil (we bought a pump) and they cook great.

  • Best cookware I've owned!
Size: 10-Piece Style Name: Hard-Anodized Nonstick Pattern Name: Cookware Set
Wow, wow, wow!! Best cookware I've ever owned, and I'm an obsessive foodie and home chef. I'm PICKY about my tools. These pans are insanely nonstick. I've never encountered a nonstick pan that is this nonstick. No fat required. NOTHING sticks to them, after months of use they're still like new. I can cook an over-easy egg with just a dribble instead of a puddle of bacon grease! And yet hubby produces perfectly seared prime steaks in this same pan!! It's astonishing. I have been using metal utensils in them, too, which it says is OK, and so far, no damage. My only complaint is the shape of the stock pot. It's the most tall/narrow stock pot I've had and I hate it. I make soups and gumbo a lot and it's bad for that. It really isn't good for anything beyond making stock (which i do in my instant pot) or boiling pasta. Trying to cook veggies in it to make a soup from is difficult, awkward, and gets me burned by steam or the pot rim. So I still use my old dutch oven style pot for those dishes. My complaint isn't actually about the pot, though, because it is still well made, I just don't care for the shape. My complaint is that Calphalon doesn't *make* a dutch oven shaped pot in this collection at all. I sure wish they made a large dutch oven!! ... show more
